Cottman of Louisville Recenzje

I'm very satisfied with Cottman. It's my1st time using their service and I will return if/when needed. The customer service was helpful and courteous. He order the parts and installed them returning my car to me hours sooner than the time he stated. Equally, important his price was the best out of three estimates. Thank you fellows for great service.

I was very happy with the work done on my car by Cottman. It's an old Mercedes that I haven't had real long, but the transmission was acting up. We took it to Cottman, and he was very nice and new exactly what was wrong when I tried to explain the problem. Very friendly and helpful place. My car is running great.

The time it took to do the repair was longer than spoke of originally. It seems that more business is taking in than they can handle. Also, unaware of when parts could be ordered given an excuse. I never really like companies or people giving excuses.

Cottman's is the excellent choice to get your car repaired they are kind and courteous and treat you with respect and do their best to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible I would recommend them to anyone

Greg was super and they did a great job! Considering we have used them three times in the last six weeks, transmission, tune up and now with what we thought was an alternator, just the battery though, thanks goodness!! Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be a returning customer!! Thanks to all at Cottman’s!!

Excellent job all the way around. Very fast service. Competitive pricing. Courteous and professional! What more could you ask.

Everything went really well and smoothly except for picking the car up. I was told it would be ready in the morning but it wasn't ready until late afternoon.

Great experience! Family of cars will return.

Having issues with my a/c and starter. They were friendly and fixed my car very fast and at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service.

Great people, great service.

Repairs were completed same day & car was sanitized before it was returned to us. Staff was very courteous & knowledgeable.

The service, the experience, and the staff were all top notch. The manager Greg was very friendly and easy to deal with. Great job Greg. I will recommend to all who are looking for an auto service professional.

Staff and manager VERY nice and easy to work with. Thorough in the explanation of what services they will be doing and cost. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Creg really did a wonderful job with my car and if I had to I would come back to you all again.

Staff is very friendly and nice to talk to. They help you out anyway possible and fix what needs done.

Greg You're the best!!!! I'm an out of state customer that had a Range Rover taken in for second evaluation. I was very pleased with auto check and he was very honest. Keep me informed at all times. I highly recommend Cottman of Louisville for any other purchases in that area.

They were very thorough and so polite. I hope we don't have to but we will definitely use them again if we need them.
