Cottman of Louisville Recenzje

I needed help trouble shooting an engine code. Cottman came back with a realistic and fair repair quote. Unfortunately, it was not in my budget at the time. There were no pressure tactics, just understanding that I could have the work done right now.

Greg and the rest of the team at Cottman of Louisville are awesome, they got my transmission put in a day early, made sure it was safe and took the time to keep me informed about work that needed to be done in the near future. I would send anyone I know to them for all their automotive needs, Cottman of Louisville thank you so much for taking care of my Escalade, the stereo on wheels.

The staff at cottman were precise, transparent, friendly, and trustworthy. Professionalism was evident from my first phone call until the end of the job.

I never give five stars because I think we can all be better. I can tell you they gave me the best service ever and we travel 16 states

Every time I have been to Cottman for service, all of their staff has done an exceptional job! Greg and Don are both very friendly, reasonable, and helpful. I trust the work that they do and feel that they are honest in what they inform me needs to be done when issues come up. Will continue to give Cottman my business, thanks!

Cottman did an honest, quick and great job with our transfer case. They came highly recommended and I will be recommending them to anyone else that needs this type of repair. Greg was great to work with.

Awesome place to have your automobile worked on, fast service, reasonable estimates, friendly people.

Cottmans gets 5 stars!!!! I drive 50 miles EVERY TIME my Automobiles have issues. I recommend anyone to come here. The man Greg at the front desk is worth his weight in gold!!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK BOYS IM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!

Addressing what needs to be done, not just a laundry list of things.

Great experience. A little pricy at over $100 per hour labor, but at least I know the repair was done right.

As always, Cottman of Louisville goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed the right way the first time. I have always had excellent service and honest dealings. Would recommend highly for both transmission and non-transmission work!!!

I would highly recommend Cottman to anyone I know!
My experience with my vehicle was handled in a very professional manner. Office personnel is of the highest quality as well as the mechanics that work there!!
Very comfortable environment!!!
I am very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle and can say I would definitely use them again!

Great honest guys. Stands behind their work.

Awesome, fixed my radiator in 1.5 days, great friendly service & told me up front exactly how much it was going to be, highly recommend!

The moment my transmission went out, I immediately felt the dread of "how was I going to get this repaired?" I did a search and read a number of the reviews for Cottman's. So I decided to risk it and take a chance on having my 2009 Dodge Journey towed to their shop. Greg called the next morning for a rundown of what happened. He called me later and confirmed my worse fears. BUT gave me time to figure out what I wanted to do or more accurately "could do."

I don't know if I can post this part but I found a transmission, had it shipped to Cottman's, Greg gave me an estimate, and worked with me on paying for the installation and made sure I followed all of the steps for the warranty that came with the transmission. All total, it wasn't cheap as I would have liked but definitely cost even less than Greg's original estimate for a new or even rebuilt transmission!

I've been through the ordeal of having a transmission rebuilt twice before and can honestly say this was by far the most painless experience of having any major repair done on any vehicle I've ever owned! They were so patient with me, didn't press and gave me time to work things out.

I will remain forever grateful to ALL of the mechanics, front office and everyone associated with Cottman Transmission!

If you ever have a transmission problem, in Louisville Kentucky, Cottman's the ONLY place to go!

They are the most honest people in the business.
