Great furniture. customer service was very good. The delivery men were brilliant. Removed their shoes at the door. Put the furniture together and in place. Thank you Gary abd Jake.

Good communication. Cheerful delivery crew. Everything on time.

Our first choice of sofa didn’t fit through the door and was returned. We had to pay a relatively small amount of money to order a different model and found customer service (I generally dealt with Chay) really helpful in dealing with the exchange.

I was nervous about the second delivery and whilst I have a small issue that the second drivers had not been warned that we might have to unpack the sofa before manoeuvring it in the door, they (unlike the original delivery team) could not have been more helpful despite the fact that it was 34 degrees outside. Gary and Alex were absolute stars, really friendly but professional and took an obvious pride in wanting to deliver the goods into the house. I’ve bought other furniture from the Company and have been really pleased with the quality and I look forward to sitting on the sofa for years to come.

Starting with a showroom visit when we met a most helpful and knowledgeable lady who gave excellent advice on the products available and finishes. To a visit to place an order, at which time our decisions were finalised, again the same advisor had a big input.
Within the delivery period quoted we were advised of a delivery date which was adhered to and our furniture was delivered by two very efficient men who completed the assembly and removed all protective wrapping.
A very good experience all round.would recommend this company to anyone.

Service with a smile from Gary and Jake. Carried the desk into the kitchen through the back gate and said that it was easy to assemble. It was, and the desk looks lovely in situ.

Majbrit who we met at stow on the wold was extremely helpful, friendly, listened and gave good advice. Our experience in store was a very positive one and resulted in placing an order.

Service was efficient rather than friendly. Not a huge thing but the balance was slightly off.

Was disappointed about having to pay £50 to choose a delivery day- renovating a room, so even though the furniture was in stock, I can’t commit so chose a day a few weeks ahead

Excellent service at store and with delivery guys

Great staff in store, but could do with extra staff at times. The guy who dealt with us was very informative and helpful. Delivery was quoted 10 days, and later confirmed.

Showroom nicely laid out by room, all choices of colour ways and examples of items of furniture and how they would compliment a room. I found the furniture to be of high quality with modern designs, and although a bit more expensive, they will last for years without going out of fashion.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your showrooms in Stow on the Wold. It was lovely to see and sit on the furniture and to experience the various comfort levels. The large cape size swatches were a brilliant idea and made selecting the material type and colour for our selected sofa extremely helpful.
The very helpful sales team, not pushy at all, headed by Mark, were extremely helpful. All in all a great experience.

This is the 2nd time Charlie & Kyle have delivered to me and again their service was excellent, on time and efficiently unpacking and placing the items where I wanted them with a cheerful and positive manner. A credit to their companuy.

Ordered garden furniture from their Stow in the Wold showroom, the assisstant there was very helpful and arranged delivery for following week. Bernard and Stefan were the delivery men and were very polite, helpful and professional, it was a very hot day and they carried the furniture through to the back garden unpacked it and took the packing away.

We had some sizing issues when our sofa and chair arrived; we decided to send them back and re-order, which we have since done. We went into the Stow store and were looked after by Majbritt Cook. Majbritt did a superb job for us in finding the "out of stock" fabric for our new order as well as processing the order and advising us about picking up the previous order. The Customer service (phone lines) is also excellent. 5 stars for this company - fantastic.

We're delighted with our dining table and chairs, TV stand, coffee table and bookcase - all arrived in great condition. Matt S and Dan, who delivered and set up our furniture, were very helpful and friendly - really impressed with the quality of service.
