Great stuff and amazing coffee

Dolphin Retail Park Salisbury.
As usual brilliant service before 11am by Lena and the team.
We come from Gosport every 4 weeks for the market but our first stop is this Costa.

I went into store in Chatham Medway with my little ones for a cheeky hot chocolate and the kind man who was working there was just soo lovely, so helpful and kept telling me if there is anything I need to let him no, if the kids make a mess don’t worry he will clean it, genuinely the nicest experience when you have children that can be a little messy, he’s a credit to your store,

COSTA FISHERGATE. Great service by stand alone Joe this morning he was juggling a large queue and clearly needed support as some customers chose not to wait. Who said men can't multi task? Well done Joe Fishergate preston .

Pulled into the drive through, typical robot like experience taking to a human through a speaker, ordered 2 Tomato and Mozzarella pani with a Frappe (strawberry). The drink was refreshing enough couldn’t complain. I think the rest was was for the BFG. The panini… well the tomato had an invite but didn’t attend (was clearly busy) and the pesto wasn’t invited at all! This or maybe the tiger came to tea before we arrived.
I think I was late to this party because despite eating it straight away the panini was lukewarm but thankfully the cheese had shown a presence.

I wish I hadn’t ordered tickets to this party. Was a flop.

Queue the party popper…

Magor Services Costa drive thru - the workers there always friendly and happy to chat. Makes a change to have great service. Costa reward your workers lol

The Costa shop in Eastbourne wouldn't allow a poor homeless person to come out of the rain and sit in the dry to use the Wi-Fi for a little while, which showed a real lack of humanity.

Shame on them!!

The staff the are very rude badly educated they are frome India and the treat people frome Africa like inferior and they consider them self as English and the owner off the business. I have noticed in all costa coffee, this business should be closed down .

I would like to give a shout out to the warm, welcoming experience at Costa Coffee in central Windsor. Ewa, Maria and the rest of the team served great coffee with smiles. I feel it is one of the best branches I have visited. I have been visiting Windsor to do some dog and cat sitting. I look forward to seeing you next time.

After spending £40 on drinks you get a Free coffee and it disappears of the app after 12 weeks! Out of principal I’m now a Mac’s or greggs man,half price and just as good!!

Hot cross bun with cheese and bacon or was it ham was all shades of wrong yuk!!!!

Will and Jordan at bank quay station are friendly, service with a smile. Keep up the great work guys. Made my day. 👍🙂

Costa Torquay seafront Has no cell signal and the pathetic WiFi service is non functional! A great place if you want to be completely off line!

Excellent and very friendly staff in the Eton Costa branch . Kuldeep was exceptional with his help and friendliness . I had a problem with my Costa app and he spent time sorting it out so that my future visits to Costa will be a much easier experience on the app .
Observing his customer interaction he is a credit to Costa going above and beyond and making everyone feel very welcome .

The coffee and breakfast wrap was just what I needed on a Sunday morning. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Particularly Brooklyn, I found her very accommodating and helpful. She went the extra mile. Thank you Brooklyn. Xx

Time 5.00pm

She was so rude.
I went to the till and asked for the meal deal. Drink sandwich and crisps.
She snarled
We only have muffins and coffee now.
She then snarled you know this vegan right.
Wow
Its a sandwich with the word VEGAN on it no shit sherlock!
She didnt even listen to my request and I had to repeat it 3 times.
1 heated sandwich to go.

Not hard to remember. Bought it over and snarled move away from the till. There was nowhere to go.
I was crowded loads of customers around me.

I was forced to walk well away from the till unable to collect my sandwich she stood there laughing.

Whilst talking she was talking through her nose like a snob. No need for that.

If as a store you are not doing a sandwich deal dobt have the adverts out.
Thats simple same as any store. No matter where. If the deal isn't on dont leave the offer in place.
As for laughing at me how rude.

I went to complain on line just 500 characters. Wow.
Be real!

I wont be going there again horrible woman.

Please can you sort out your disabled parking area at the snipe Ashton under Lyne coffee shop it’s has been cordoned off for ages now with no apparent reason it’s preventing my mum from visiting as she needs disabled access. Come on Costa sort it out

Popped into the Costa in roaring Meg before doing food shopping and was greeted with a smile by a nice boy who was very patient with my awkward order and reassured that I was not being a nuisance. Great customer service!
