Do not ever order from this company. I ordered a costume for $100 last fall. My costume did not arrive for Halloween. So I did ask for a refund and they told me yes they could do that. Now I'm stuck with no refund and NO costume. I have been trying to ask for my costume to be sent but I still have not received it and they do not respond to me. I should have done my research prior to ordering. The best I can do now is report them to the better business bureau and make sure no one else makes the same mistake as I did. Very Very disappointed.

Never order from here. I ordered boots with express shipping, which was about an extra $30-40. WHICH CLAIMS TO BE 3 TO 4 DAYS. I waited about 3 months until my boots arrived because they shipped it normal "by accident." I was emailing someone about it who never responded to my email. WHICH I found to be very rude and unprofessional. So please do yourself a favor. Never order from here. These people don't care about customer service and clearly don't take fault for their mistakes and won't refund you where it's due. I work in retail, I know how this works. But this was a horrible experience. Yea. I got my boots. But I didn't pay $40 for express shipping that was not fulfilled because of their mistake. And have someone Never message me back cause they don't wanna refund back the 40$ I payed to have this expressed shipped. But they "accidentally" ship normal. Never ordering from them again.

As other have said they send the wrong item. Said sorry, and no resolution offered. Expect you to just put up with a cheaper item.

Do NOT order from this company. They are not a direct seller and do not know specifics about their merchandise. Ordered a Halloween costume and not only was it a month late, it did not include everything pictured. Customer service is absolutely useless and expect you to be understanding that you paid for something that wasn’t as described on the website. I can’t wait til they get shut down, total scammers. Below is the last useless email I got from them. Basically theft!

“Sorry for any inconvenience.
After contacting with the manufacturer, he said that the costume is not inluded the mask. But the website link of this item is stated everything showing in the picture, so there is some mistake in this item, we will improve it and make the adjustments. Hope your kind understanding in this matter, thanks. Once again, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

if they send you the wrong thing they turn it on you and say you still have to pay shipping to send it back before they will sent the thing you actually ordered. Be prepared to have to have anything they give you might not actually be what you ordered. Not helpful when you email either they just say sorry and that they are busy and often send the wrong thing. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!

Don't waste your time. Website said 2 - 3 wks. It took 6 wks for my costume to arrive. Disappointment when it did. The costume was a cheap version of the picture advertised and the size was much bigger than it should have been.

Absolutely horrible website, i ordered 10/11/17 their webiste claims 16 days (not business days) from order to delivery with lead times and build times (we'll get to that later), and didnt get untill 11/17/17. I emailed several times,i sent correspondence thru their website and it took them almost a week to respond with a cookie cutter email apologizing about the wait. Now when i receive the outfit, it doesnt look much like what they advertised, AAAAND ITS THE WRONG SIZE. So lets get down to build to order, obviously that is BULL because if they have a 'build to order' they would have something tying XXL to my order and they sent me what lookslike a medium shirt and pants and MAYBE an XL cloak. Now im sure it will take another week for a response to my return request. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I SPEND 150 ON A SHAM, IM SURE IT WILL NOW TAKE 90 PLUS DAYS TO GO THRU PAYPAL TO GET A REFUND. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!

I bought a costume for halloween from this site only to recieve it later than they said and even thou i gave them exactly the specific tailoring measurements it still didnt fit. Poor quality and poor service, and they dont respond to customer emails. Iv been robbed of 155 dollars. Buyer beware, DO NOT buy from this site!

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my daughters costume on October 1st AND paid for expedited shipping, and TO THIS DAY I have not received it. It completely ruined her Halloween. Now, she was hoping she would have it for the Anime convention on Nov. 18th and it doesn't even look promising for that. I will NEVER EVER order from them again. We've tried contacted them SEVERAL times and have gotten nothing back which is even more frustrating. I basically feel like they just stole $100 from me.

Scam site. Will take your money and leave emails unanswered. Buy a costume elsewhere.

I ordered 2 costumes, one for my adult daughter and one for my grandson in early October thinking I had time for them to arrive before Halloween even given the advertised shipping, manufacturing schedule. I received confirmation the same day I ordered then nothing. 2 weeks go by and now I'm getting worried. I contacted PayPal to see if this company was a fraud based upon reviews I had read. Finally I received notification from DHL that they had my costumes and they were clearing customs. They arrived this morning.

Horrible company! Order an item that came two weeks late after the date I needed the items for! Return policy is a sham, do not buy from this “company”

FAKE! SCAM! Like everyone else said, I should have read the reviews first!! I ordered my costume on 10/4/17 paid the extra express shipping of 20$ was so excited & then to date I have never received my costume!! Totally sucks! I'm waiting on PayPal to dispute the $108.57 from this FAKE SCAM of a company. I have emailed them numerous times with obviously no reply!

Horrible experience. Spent a ton of time researching a Zelda-Link costume for my son (9 years old), took his measurements, we ordered on September 17. He has been so excited to get the costume for Halloween. I emailed the company consistently to get an update. Spent over $120 for it. Loss of money is incredibly annoying but my son's disappointment is the heartbreaker. Have a soul, Cosplaymade. Stop ripping off innocent consumers.

Please don’t even bother with this company! It’s hortible! I had gotten a bad vibe when I placed my order for some odd reason and I decided to look at the reviews for this company after I placed my order. I know I should’ve done that first, but I was sooo excited for the costume. Anyway, after reading all the horrible reviews I emailed them right away saying I wanted my order cancel! Literally 10 min after I placed the order I never got a reply I emailed 5 times forwarding all the emails I had sent previous and those morons never replied then they replied 5 days later saying my order was shipped like wth I paid 20 dollars for 2-3 days delivery!!! I want my money back including the shipping fees because that is fraud!!! The company is joke!

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. My husband and I both ordered items almost three weeks ago and the website still shows "pending" on both orders. We have reached out a number of times by email and using the "Contact Us" link on their website. At first we received responses from Kamila saying we were "lucky ducks" for getting our orders confirmed before Halloween and that they were being worked on and would be shipped quickly. That was over a week ago and since then there is no word on shipping. We even paid for expedited shipping and their timelines on their website gave us more than enough time before Halloween. At this point we will not get our very expensive costumes in time and we are left with needing to figure something else out (with no budget mind you). I am demanding a refund and urging people NOT to use this company!

Shipping took a total of 12 days. Order was placed on Sept 27, 2017 and took them 15 days to ship item. The company does advise of various shipping times but still took a while. I sent the company several emails but they did not respond. When I received the costume it was a different color than what I ordered! It was supposed to be White but instead it was Yellow! It didn’t really matter in my case because it was a T-Rex costume and it still looked badass and the quality is great.

Ordered costume on Oct 2nd. It took 7 days to ship, 3 days for tracking to show "dispatched out of China", 6 days for tracking to show up in the U.S. and another 3 days to get to my home. All in all with weekends and stuff it was like 21 days. Costume looked awesome and was better quality then I expected. I received everything I ordered. I got a little nervous because it took longer then I thought to arrive. If you order with plenty of time to spare and your item clears customes relatively fast it should be less than a month to recieve.

Don't expect and reply to emails. They don't seem to check those. Thats the only reason I have 4 stars and not 5.

Never received items. Order still shows as "pending" several weeks later. They do not respond to emails, and from the look of their Facebook page I'm not the only one. Shop elsewhere - these people should not be trusted.

I emailed them several times and processed my order late September, but still haven't received my item. Horrible service!!! >:(
