Ordered a simple belt for Gabrielle from Xena warrior princess as we had the rest of the costume already. Paid a $67 for it and so expected it to be decent quality. Instead got a cheap hunk of fake leather with random patterns painted on it. Paint is wet and sticky and didn't even match the character's belt at all. We got a pair of leather boots on etsy that were hand made real leather for approximately the same price as this piece of junk. Don't waste you money

Cosplay commander et reçus après 40j environ, avec un délai imparti, j'ai pu contacter le service après vente qui à été géniale et très rapide, hésiter pas à commander 1 voir 2 taille au dessus les normes européen ne sont pas pareille, la qualité du costume est parfaite quelques petites couture à recouper mais pas grand chose de difficile super content du cosplay je ne peux que recommander se site.

I was happy when they told me that they can help me with my emberlynn pinkle from helluva boss cosplay. I bought the wig and the clothing but then the next day they cancelled it and refund it to me because now they claim that they can't make it anymore. I've asked for the reasons why but they never reply back to me. I'm never going to order from them again, they lied to me and was very unprofessional.

Ero molto diffidente, date le recensioni non troppo lusinghiere. E invece ho dovuto ricredermi! Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe per un cosplay e sono arrivate perfette, con le dimensioni esatte che avevo chiesto, tutti i dettagli giusti.
Ovviamente la spedizione ci mette un mesetto, ma basta muoversi con anticipo.

My experience with them is from some years ago, but I was never so happy with a cosplay before.
I bought the school uniform from Yandere Simulator in custom size (The one from Yandere-Chan, for some reason they have different ones and the others look ugly, lol).
The shipping time was normal, it took around 1 or 2 months to arrive.
It looked exactly like the picture and it was fitting perfectly! It seriously felt like, they measured me themself in person for it, lol. I never owned anything that was fitting SO well and just because of that, I didn't want to put it off and wore it everytime I can, because it felt so comfy.
The quality was amazing too, even after tons of conventions, it looked as good as brand new. The fabric was also pretty thick, which I liked because this way the cosplay stayed always in place and form.
Only negative thing were the socks, they are supposed to be overknees, but they were way too short, but since they are just plain black, I simply bought other socks somewhere, so no big deal at all.
Still my favourite Cosplay till this day!

Bought a costume, didnt arrive, had it resent but it kept being sent back to the orginal shipper. Im then asked to either pay another shipping fee or get a refund thats less of what i paid for. Seriously, please dont buy from these people.

Ordered a cosplay costume two weeks ago and accidentally payed twice for one product. I was refunded immediately, along with an apology email! The costume was said to arrive at April, while it actually arrived today! AWESOME service! Greatly recommended! Products match 100% the pictures, and had to pay no extra fees! Product also holds well and fits well!

-40€ extra für Expresslieferung bezahlt, das Paket war über einen Monat in Deutschland verschollen und wurde dann von DHL Paket zugestellt, obwohl ausschließlich DHL Express EMS Sendungen aus China bearbeitet und den Verlust schon bestätigt hatte

-Das dann gelieferte Cosplay passt trotz Maßschneiderung und richtiger Angaben meinerseits nicht. Mein Kopfumfang ist 58cm. Das wurde beim Hut auch bedacht. Der Kragen vom Oberteil hat allerdings nur einen Umfang von 48-50cm und ist nicht elastisch. Der Kundenservice möchte, dass ich das aus zwei Teilen bestehende und miteinander vernähte Oberteil in die Einzelteile zerlege, um mir dann nur das eine Teil zu schicken, dass ich dann selbst wieder annähen soll. Beim Entfernen all der Nähte würde es bestimmt zu einem Schaden kommen. Obwohl ich dem Kundenservice mehrfach gesagt habe, dass es nicht machbar ist, weigern Sie sich das zu akzeptieren und mir ein passendes Ersatzteil zu schicken.

-Abgesehen davon, dass das Cosplay nicht passt, gibt es erhebliche Abweichungen vom originalen Charakterdesign. Socken, die nicht über's Knie gehen, obwohl sie es sollten. Eine kleine Krone auf dem Hut, die rund sein sollte, aber nur ein kurzes leicht gekrümmtes etwas ist. Knöpfe, die linsenförming und in Kupferoptik sein sollten, aber gelb sind und die Form von Rosen haben sowie bestimmt noch mehr, aber ich kann das Cosplay ja nicht tragen, da mein Kopf nicht durch's Oberteil passt.

-Das Deutsch des Kundenservice ist direkt aus einem automatischen Übersetzer und entsprechend schlecht bzw. kommt es zu Ungereimtheiten.

272€ investiert, die Lieferung hat dank Probleme bei DHL ewig gedauert und das am Ende erhaltene maßgeschneiderte Cosplay passt wegen einem Fehler nicht und es wird einem nicht geholfen. Nie wieder.

They are honestly an good cosplay shop. They do not charge you extra if you want a custom size which was perfect for my "unique" body. I've purchased two cosplay costumes from that place and both have come in great quality and within 2 weeks.

The commisions where they will give you what you want is good. Whether you're a anime fan or a game fan in terms of shoes, props, costumes and so on. But when it comes to returns, you can't return shoes and dresses other than props when there's an issue,

Yes you will have issues with wearing shoes that is not your size or costume. But google has a lot of guides on how to deal with wearing shoes that are big.

I'm just happy that they can still make what you give on the pictures.

I don't know why so many people are giving them bad reviews, I ordered from them a couple of times and even had a costume commissioned by them once. Good communication, good quality costumes, shipping went well, got stuck in customs for a couple of weeks once but that's not on them, and I received the costume in good condition that time too and the company was very helpful. I'm actually going to order a costume from them again soon.

I've been ordering from them for a few years, and it's always gone extremely well. Any questions I have are answered extremely fast, the customer service is very friendly and doesn't leave you alone with your problems. Due to my postal office messing up, they returned my package, and Cosplayfu even offered to remake the cosplay if it didn't reach them within the next month; I'd only have to pay the shipping (which is only fair). What you see if what you get, and the custom size orders always fit me perfectly well. The custom made cosplay I requested also looked wonderful. Would definitely recommend them.

they don't have the best shipping support never again, i order my costume in september and they claim they send it, nope nothing they steal your money

After ordering a cosplay, I found out that their sizes on their website aren't actually what they are and when it didn't fit me (after weeks of waiting for it and paying a lot of money) they said that their policy didn't allow me to exchange for a larger size, and that the only way for me to get a larger one is to buy it again at a reduced price but allowed no guarantee of it fitting. Their policy is broken and their only fix apparently is for you to buy more of their stuff. Never spending money their again and would never recommend them to anybody. Horrible company!!

Früher habe ich sehr viel von Cosplayfu gehalten. Die Qualität war gut, die Preise OK, der Versand schnell. Doch inzwischen kann ich diesen Shop überhaupt nicht mehr empfehlen. Der Shop verzollt Ware falsch, um sie am Zoll vorbeizuschmuggeln und bedroht Kunden mit übertrieben hohen Rechnungen, wenn etwas beim Versand schiefgelaufen ist und man seine Waren haben will. Nachdem der Shop mich mit mehreren Rechnugen bedroht hat habe ich den Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet, was darin endete das mich die Betreiber mit Emails zugespammt haben. Absolut inakzeptables verhalten.

Ordered 4 Costumes after talking with their support staff. They said they would be able to ship in time to the date we agreed with. I just had to pay the extra express fee which was nearly 200 bucks on that order which was fine for me. Yet they shipped the package in time but missed many things of the costumes.
So I contacted the support again, and after a few days they sent it to me with a standard shipping which takes about a month.
So the result, payed a big money received just a part of the costume.

I've ordered three cosplays from them over the past few years and every single time I have received a product that was perfectly made. There was only one instance where one of my cosplays had a little spot of dirt on a white section of it, but that was an easy fix. I only order the custom sizes because I'm too small to fit any of the standard ones and they always fit true to my measurements. All my orders also come quickly. I order in advance anyway to allow for delays so I don't have to worry about them coming in before a con, but I believe they usually arrived within 15 to 20 days. I will continue to order from them for future cosplays!

Please do not order from this site. They actively steal photos of cosplayers who hand-made or bought from elsewhere and claim them as their own. They will take any photo, put their logo on it, and say the photo was made by them. Please exercise caution and inform anyone you may know if their photo was fraudulently used.
