I just wanted to say a huge thanks to Cork Farm Equestrian for your quick delivery and patience with all of my questions. I can happily say that, after just 3 weeks of the 6 week programme, Robbie is happily out hacking and enjoying life. Your support during and after purchase was incredible, thank you.

Upon ordering a head collar I was swiftly emailed to say that particular colour was no longer in stock and they offered the same brand in another colour. Very easy to communicate with and then went above and beyond on delivery when I received the original colour.

Had a batting consultation and was advised a new bit, called up and spoke to cork farm equestrian who was very helpful and found the bit i was after in the size required and posted out next day. i have to say the staff here are great very helpful, i would highly recommend

Might want to make it clear on your website that you are online only before someone else drives halfway around Kent to find you.

Super quick and efficient service. Nothing to much trouble. Even managed to find us another item exactly what we wanted when we collected our parcel. Highly recommended.

Sadly this item took far too long to arrive. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but didn't arrived until 29 Dec which left me having to buy another gift for the recipient. As comment below I was given a tracking number which was no use whatsoever as it doesn't track the item only confirms delivery (well, of course I will know if an item has been delivered). Item listed as located in KENT, on asking why it was taking so long it appears items are actually located in IRELAND not KENT, I would never have ordered it if I had known it would have so far to travel and take so long.
When asked why listed in Kent they told me that the item is sent from Kent when they receive it from Ireland !?! What on earth is that about? Very disappointed, would never order from them again.

Item ordered 26th Oct, item confirm dispatched on 28th Oct and supplied a Royal Mail tracking reference. Tracking number consistently states, ‘No updates, please check back again tomorrow’ so after a week elapses with no change or delivery I phone to check if there’s a problem. Apparently not. Yes my order WAS dispatched on 28th to Royal Mail using some Business Service arrangement Cork Farm have with them, no the business service they use won’t provide any en-route tracking details and will only update once the delivery has actually been made (erm… what on earth is the use of that for someone expecting to track a delivery and anticipate the delivery day) and, insult to injury, yes the business service they have set up with Royal Mail really does take the full 10 days to get from A to B. What on earth do Royal Mail do with these packages once they have them? Store them in a warehouse for a week before processing them and getting on with the logistics of delivery?

Okay, I opted for the free delivery option, but as I do with very many online businesses but this from Cork Farm Equestrian genuinely is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even the worst of the worse bargain couriers do a better and faster job making delivery.

I cannot remotely recommend Cork Farm Equestrian’s ‘Free’ delivery, even if your order total qualifies you.

One to avoid unless you’re happy paying extra for a delivery that doesn’t take the P***.

Bad attitude. Ordered and paid for a horse anti-tic spray, which they then cancelled in case I was going to use it on myself! I wouldn't mind but they never asked, is this for a horse? Which is was. Plenty of other suppliers out there. Good riddance.
