Initially had problems about date to be installed, when sorted were very pleased with result, however 6 months on and central insulating panel began to drop. They 'fixed it' only to see that a few months later it is happening again.
Was asked for photos, sent them and told they would get back with fitters dates....nothing, emails returned and phone calls with messages not returned. Am very disappointed and ready to take further action if no reply within the week.

After paying the 25% deposit we were only then told that another 50% would be needed BEFORE they even started work. There was also contradictory info on the invoice that demanded full payment by a date that would have been before work started. We started looking into the company and didn’t like what we were seeing. We contacted the company to cancel and that’s where they started showing their true colours. They stopped responding to emails, and when we called they didn’t want to identify themselves and they became rude and unprofessional. We had to threaten legal action and even then they threatened to keep part of the deposit. They really embarrassed themselves, do your research before committing people!

Done a poor job - took longer than it should due to them being disorganised (polite version !) and the staff packed up and left the job without it being fully finished. 3 months on and I still have water leaking in to the conservatory due to them not installing a window correctly and they ignore every request to come back and sort it. They are not interested in fixing the problem they have caused and the leak is now causing damage to plaster work. Poor quality work and very unprofessional. It's now being passed to trading standards as they are ignoring all my requests to get this sorted.

Coretech replaced my old flat conservatory roof with a new flat roof with EPDM last October. I had to get the Co. back in November as the down pipe and guttering had not been installed correctly. Then the flashing around the side of the roof started to pull away and the rain was pouring down the side. Coretech ignored my e-mails and phone calls, said they only had a skeleton staff. I had to get another roofing company to rectify the faults who said that there were still issues with the guttering and other problems.
