Absolutely superb service (as ever) from Corazon Latino; their jewellery is stunning, customer service is second-to-none, and their attention to detail is exemplary. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very good ordering experience. Website was easy. Had a query over the order and needed to delay it. Sent a whatsapp to kat, she phoned me back about 40 mins later (whilst she was on holiday) and sorted delivery.

More importantly, my wife loves the necklace.

My husband bought me a necklace just before covid which I loved. He was very ill and whilst visiting him in a hospice I accidentally snapped the necklace taking off the PPE apron. I was so upset, I put it away out of sight. I reently contacted Cat and asked if she could repair it. She did this free of charge and sent it back to me. Such amazing customer service after all this time.

I bought a dress to wear when I will give a presentation, and I needed a long necklace that would complement it. I trawled through pictures of chunky necklaces, pendants and similar - I didn’t want anything fussy.
Then, after several hours I found the ‘one’ - everybody in my family had the same reaction - “WOW”. The necklace arrived in two days. I was delighted to receive a personal email from the owner as well as instructions for cleaning and care. Even the box that contained it had obviously been carefully chosen. I know I will feel very chic when I give my talk

the necklace arrived promptly, nicely gift wrapped, and looked very much as advertised on the website. There was a sensible follow up email on caring for the necklace. Hard to fault

Where to start........ I have been a customer of Corazon now for over 3 years and I have found Catherine one of the easiest people to communicate with. I have found her to be honest, reliable and most of all understanding.

When Catherine says she is going to do something, its done.

This Year I ordered a bracelet and necklace for my wife, unfortunately the solder on one of the links became unattached. One whatsapp later ive a new one in the post in the morning to replace it.

I cant fault this company and as long as they are trading and making chunky silver Jewellery, buying a present for my wife will be a breeze.
