Coolutils support has been excellent. We experienced a bug in the deployed product and issue was resolved quickly and perfectly. We use a number of Coolutils products with our clients to automate processes and always work well.

We had a product registration problem; we needed the product to be active A.S.A.P. and was saturday: we had a working solution within few hours..... simply fantastic!!

Since buying Total Audio Converter in 2016 I have only needed to contact the seller because of a problem the first being I lost my password and the second was a password problem and both times I received help very quickly. I have used this program very much over the last 5 years and would not think of using another one because of the range of possibilities and how quickly it works. IMHO a 100% program and 100% customer service.

After years of convenient use, Total Audio Converter stopped working after the update Windows 10 to build 2004, saying I had to register. My old license was not accepted anymore, so I contacted CoolUtils support and the send me a new one without questions asked. Super Service!

Coolutils products are my new secret weapon as a trial lawyer! (Don't tell anyone.)
The software is like magic. I liked it so much that I literally bought dozens of their apps.
The support was very helpful, too, when I had trouble automatically registering all my new licenses, perhaps because I run Windows on a Mac using Parallels. Anyhow, very happy customer here.

Fantastic result using Coolutils, brought me back from almost despair on useless Microsoft proprietary archaic file system that I did not know of its limitation until a problem came up where I was unable to easily move email data during upgrade between applications due to .PST files. Top marks for Coolutils.

Their help was spot on and resolved my issues quickly

CoolUtils has excellent products that are simple to use and their support and flexibility is even more impressive. I will definitely use them again for my future projects.
