Simply the best, don't accept any imitations
Ben Thomas was our conveyancer and simply couldn't have been better, he inspired confidence throughout with thorough knowldege of all aspects of conveyancing and calm handling of any issues which arose. A chain of 8 properties completed in record time, in no small part thanks to our real life superhero and his colleagues.

From the outset the support and service I have received from Roberts Crossley Solicitors and particularly Alicea McLellan has been absolutely first class.
The selling of my late father’s property has been quite a long and stressful experience with a couple of sales falling through and a number of stop/starts along the way but Alicea has remained enthusiastic and professional throughout.
Her communication skills are excellent and she has constantly kept me updated on progress.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Roberts Crossley Solicitors to others.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! We had an issue with the moving date when our buyer wanted to change moving date. Are solicitor assumed it was ok and went on his holiday. There was a further issue which we also wanted investigated and which came back basically saying we've done no wrong. I have requested this to be escalated but up to this point this hasn't been acknowledged even though I've requested it. The whole process with these solicitors has been one of the most stressful times of our lives and continues to be as they unfortunately are not responding! This continues to add more stress to this . But honestly in my opinion this firm doesn't care. I would NOT recommend this firm of solicitors!!!

Selling my mothers flat after probate
Selling my mothers flat after probate took a long time due to the buyers chain breaking down. Throughout the process my solicitor was diligent, proactive, and patient.
