Her quotes are clear and she always responds to queries quickly as well as sending a weekly update email to keep me in the loop. She's friendly, good at explaining things and very efficient. Great experience using RCS. Stephen was very helpful and able to guide me through the property purchase as a first time buyer. Any queries or concerns I had, he was able to provide an answer.

The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5. Is I feel the communication could have been more frequent. Just regular updates and re-assurance that all documents have been received when sent via post and things are moving forward as they should. I felt at times it would take me asking or chasing to get information.

Besides that, all round experience was very good. Would use again!
