Nicely printed pix on very sheer fabric, good assistance & delivery. But then I wanted to make an order where I wanted to print near the woven edge of the fabric, and asked whether this was going to work. I simply could not get it across to the cust svc rep, no matter how many ways I explained it. How can a person working in fabric not know the term "selvage"??

Extremely fast delivery from London to the US, the picture panel I ordered was of significant quality, very fair pricing, and they even shipped me one extra free of charge! I will 100% use this company again in the future when needed!

I had a bit of a snafu with my design, and the contrado team worked hard with me to make sure my product came out just as I intended. Thanks Contrado team!

I can’t say enough good things about the Contrado product, people and customer service. I ordered a small amount of their custom wallpaper to see if it would work for my project. Unbelievably, I received it in just a few days and the product was far superior to anything I could’ve imagined: the printing was crisp and clear, it matched my current wallpaper perfectly, it was of the highest quality and caliber.

However, the wallpaper came in a Federal Express mailing tube and FedEx had broken it in half. This damaged the wallpaper on the inside but I was able to use the undamaged portion, so I contacted Contrado for a partial refund, but mainly to alert them to how the shipper was treating their product, so they could avoid the problem in the future. They responded to my emails immediately and with reasonableness and concern, and we worked out a partial refund. The company was so impeccable from top to bottom that I want to buy more wallpaper just to work with them again. Also, the ability to make impeccable custom wallpaper open so many doors. Try them, try their products, you will be overjoyed at the result. I was.

My experience with contrado was amazing, I ordered three units of a printed scarf I am selling through my small business to see what the quality was like. They arrived and the print quality was the best I've seen. My image is a huge Tiff file and is super detailed, so much so that most websites wont accept a file size so large for fabric printing, but the crispness of the details on my samples was really great. The only issue was that, I paid to have the pieces cut and hemmed, and each of the scarves was hemmed differently from one another. I emailed them explaining the inconsistency and their customer service team were so helpful, they really took the time to listen to my concerns and did a great job helping me problem solve. They sent me a discount code for my next order to make up for the initial inconsistencies and when I reordered 15 units, they were all perfect, and came to the united states so fast! I'm amazed that they were able to ship to me so quickly during the pandemic because everything else seems to be delayed. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I always give my customers masks of the artwork commission by them. I use Contrado services because of the fabulous products offered to my customers. The customer loved the mask so much! It is a most cherished item.
The experience was awesome from start to finish. I knew when my order was in production to delivery. The item ordered arrived on time. This is what I love about this company their personal service.

Servizio fantastico, il mio ordine è stato preso in carico il giorno stesso, mi hanno fatto notare un problema con la grafica e non appena confermato le modifiche, le etichette sono state stampate, tutto in 1 solo giorno! La spedizione è arrivata in 2 giorni con il servizio impeccabile di FedEx. La qualità delle etichette eccellente, tessuto morbido, doppio ed i colori identici al file di partenza! Continuerò ad ordinare da questi ragazzi sicuramente.

I have been so happy since I started to do business with Contrado. The quality of all my orders have been top notch and my customers are always happy with their purchases!! The turn around time is incredible!! Some of the prices are a bit on the high side so it does make for less profit but everything I have ordered has been great quality!

I heard about Contrado on Facebook and I really liked the high quality products that were advertised online. I finally signed up online as a seller in February and I made sales. The products came extremely fast (faster than some companies in the US and I'm located in the US) and they were top quality! The program to upload the designs is amazing. The company is amazing and I am so happy I signed up as a seller for Contrado.

I did a test swatch first for color match. The colors were vibrant and clear. The material was very good quality.
We then printed our full graphic on micro-suede. The Turn-around was quick. Colors remained vibrant and clear. I would highly recommend this company and their excellent turn-around time.

I had pillows made from cyanotype photographs and they looked absolutely beautiful. I ordered more! This is the best company, easy-to-use website for making amazing, personal products.

Although I'd received the labels quickly, they were of poor quality (they looked very cheap), PLUS they modified my logo (without my permission) and ended up misspelling the name of my company. When I contacted them for an explanation, the rep I spoke with said they don't do any modifications to the files they receive, but offered to reprint the order for free with a "corrected" image file from me. This person INSISTED that they didn't touch the original file. When I refused the offer and requested a refund, I received an email response from a different rep who fully admitted that the file was indeed modified to print better on the fabric, as the type was too thin. Again, I was offered a free reprint of the order, but was told to modify the weight of the font for better printing. Now, if I modify my logo, it's no longer a fair representation of my brand and they seemed to have a hard time understanding that. After going back and forth for over a week, they finally issued a refund, but I had to send a photo of the labels cut up to further prove that they were unusable. The whole experience was a HUGE pain. I did not feel they handled my project with the care, consideration and professionalism they should have.

My print arrived and is perfect; the color, the size are just right. I’m very excited! This first order was an experiment. The cloth will be embroidered and made into a small purse. I can’t wait to order more printed Aida.

Unable to access my account through Shopify. Contacted Contrado by email and received no reply. The error message that I receive when attempting to access is "Oops! We experienced some error at our end. Please try again." I can log on directly but not through Shopify.

Customer service, the products, my order, and Contrado team willingness to solve the issues with FedEx were all excellent services. The best online services!

Edit: After I left this review, they gave me a full refund when I sent them a photo of the destroyed leggings. I've added one star to my review. I can't justify more than 2 stars for the quality of product I received.

I purchased a pair of leggings and was very, very disappointed. I paid over $70 and expected a product worth that price. The item I received would have been a disappointment at $20. The fabric is unpleasant to wear, a cheap-feeling polyester. I bought according to the size chart and they are way too small. And to top it off, they developed holes at the seam after a single wash on delicate and line dry. They are unwearable.

I contacted customer service and they informed me that the item was made the correct size (then fix your size charts! They are wrong!) and they would replace (not interested once I saw the overall quality of the product they sell) or give me a 35% refund.

I have an unwearable item that I bought at a luxury price, and even a replacement would still made of the same cheap fabric that RIPPED AFTER ONE DELICATE WASH. This is not an acceptable solution to the problem.

Absolutely terrible product and customer service. Placed an order for a yard of custom printed fabric. The image printed just fine in the center of the fabric, but got blurry towards the edges so only the very center of the fabric was actually usable. I was willing to just eat that cost since this was a special order for a customer, but after washing the fabric once prior to sewing, the ink started flaking off everywhere and rendered the entire thing useless. I tried to request a refund for the defective product and they offered a 30% discount towards a future order! I pressed further and they agreed to a refund but I would have to pay to ship the fabric back to them with tracking to the UK. Why do I have to pay to return a defective product? Besides the cost for shipping overseas with tracking ends up being as much as the item itself. I do not recommend ordering from this company at all.

So I was Very Happy with the Experience I had with Contrado. I will say that the Quality of the Sweatshirt could have been Heavier (it's a very light more of a style sweatshirt then warmth)... however you really don't have many options When it comes to a Custom Printed Sweatshirt.... Especially without ordering an extremely high quantity like 6+ (x100 dollars = 600+). The Print Quality came out great. Exactly what I was looking for as a Gift for my Brother. We made a custom Twitch Sweatshirt with his Logo and Stream Name on it. The only issue Occured when The Automated product scan came back with a White Space Error. I suppose because It was a mostly White Sweatshirt. However After a Quick Email their Service team cleared up the issue and Got it Printed. And what was the most surprising thing was It came like 2 or 3 days after the issue had occurred. A Custom Printed Sweatshirt With Error arriving Faster than some Amazon Products is Actually incredible.

The one Note I will also add is we did the same thing and created a Gaming Jersey on another site. Contrado's system automatically recognizes when an image is too small and forces you to switch it before ordering. The System for the gaming jersey did not and sure enough two or three days after I had ordered it they came back with an email asking for a larger Logo (same one I used for a smaller arm logo on this shirt) because it was much larger and stretched out the dpi. I was able to do this however this obviously delayed the Production and shipment time. Something near Christmas is critical. I actually ordered That Jersey Prior to this Sweatshirt near the 1st of the month and while I have had the sweatshirt for Days now the Jersey is not going to arrive probably for another week. May not seem like a huge deal but not getting something for 2 or 3 weeks is kinda a bummer.

If your looking for a Custom Gifted Item or just a custom clothing option, I shopped around quite a bit and this is the best I could find. And after the quick service response's and Delivery I cannot recommend them enough.
