A win against NCP! After my appeal was lost against NCP and passed onto a collection agency my son recommended I contact Contestor Legal. Jackson Yamba took up my case and was absolutely spot on with all the points he raised in County Court resulting in a win for me a I suspect a fairly costly loss for NCP. Unfortunately the Judge did not allow my claim for costs except a half day loss of earnings. But even so I was still less out of pocket than I would have been if facing paying the BW Legal claim. If you have any doubt at all about using Contestor Legal, don't! They have been incredible from start to finish, my case has been going on coming up to 2 years and in that time they've been attentive, professional and there every step of the way. Jackson has been beyond amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. And of course they wiped the floor in court with the parking company! Would give them more stars if I could!

Contestor were fantastic dealing with my case against a private parking company. Any paperwork i got, i sent straight to Charlotte, who was in constant communication with me to let me know they had recieved my email and next steps etc. They always had answers to any questions i had and were quick to respond, even on a Sunday evening! When my day in court arrived, Jackson was phenomenal, i was really nervous until he turned up and he instantly made me feel a lot more confident as it was clear how confident he was in winning. Excellent service, I couldn’t recommend these guys any more. They were cheap and I got my win in court with some money added on top. My solicitor showed up to court well dressed and he knew what he was saying.

Contestor were recommended to me by a contact on a Facebook group set up to challenge parking tickets. I would not hesitate in recommending them. The service provided represented good value for money and instructions were easy to follow. As a person not used to dealing with solicitors and being threatened with Court, I think I would have felt much more intimidated, had I not chosen to use Contestor. My case was withdrawn just as my advisor told me it would be.

My experience with Contestor was a bit hit and miss to begin with, there were some challenges with communication at the front end but I think this was down to my case handler leaving the business part way through. The latter half of my experience, including the representation in court (Kaveena) was fantastic. I would definitely recommend using this service. Contested a PCN from a Private car park operator. Contestor Legal drafted a defence statement in relation to the case, and the claimant retracted their claim. Success! Great work Contestor Legal. Highly recommended if you want those pesky Private car parking operators off your back.
