good price, very sloppy service
The price I paid was excellent, but for the 2nd time I was told that they didn't have my lenses in stock so it took over a week to receive the lenses. I just wish they would state that before I make the purchase. Let me know before I pay, what the shipping time will be

Disappointing
I was really disappointed to receive my parcel ripped half open. The brand of contact lenses I've purchased was moderately uncomfortable compared to my usual brands (Acuve Oasis Astigmatism & Air Optix Astigmatism).

Great prices!
Great prices, reasonably fast, but why is there is a "do not safe drop"? I work. Having to now go pick up my package from a Canada Post facility that is out of my way is a hassle. Leave it up to the discretion of the driver please!

If you have astigmatism be prepared too wait!
Although it does not show on the web site the contacts for astigmatism are ALWAYS a backorder because these people do not stock any.. they have to special order them everytime! I would have understood why it took 3 or 4 days for my package to even ship if it was advised online however they seem like they don't care, the woman I spoke to seemed like she was saying oh you didn't know that it was backorder! like she didn't believe I didn't know. try putting a note on the site and then maybe people would know!!!

Fake/Replica contacts horrible.
The contacts I ordered are not authentic- FAKE!
I ordered Freshlook Colorblends, and the order I received are only one-day wear contacts where they should be good for one-month.
The box looks unusual and says "Made in Thailand", whereas the authentic box says "Made in USA". They feel horrible on my eyes.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

These lenses are ordered in directly from Alcon Canada and I assure you they are not fake. These lenses used to be made in the USA, but are now manufactured in Indonesia. If you would like confirmation, please call Alcon yourself at 905.826.6700.
Colorblend lenses are monthly lenses and you can confirm that with the manufacturer as well.

better explanations on delivery times
Received what I ordered. Paid the extra $5 for 1-3 day delivery but didn't receive until until 7th business days. Not sure why I paid the extra although the type of contact I ordered did state 1-2 extra days as item wasn't a regularly carried item. Could have been explained better on site. I probable wouldn't have paid the extra money to get it here sooner (which didn't happen).
