Ordered online and paid for 1-2 day shipping to make sure I get my product on time and before my trip. Two days later I called to do a follow up since there was no notification for shipping. The customer service person (Kyle) advised me that my product is on backorder and will be shipped next Wednesday ( 8 days later ) ! There was no indication online saying the product is not in stock! So I asked for my money back so I could use it to order elsewhere.

Two days passed and no refund so I called again and this time they told me it will take 5 business days for refund. Again this was not explained to me so I still have no product and money from this company. In addition ,nothing was offered to me to correct their actions.

Absolutely terrible services and will never do business with this company and as a matter of fact I will send the message to all the people I know they order their products from this company.

Ordered contacts on July 6 and even payed extra for fast shipping. Still waiting. Company wants to charge 3% to cancel order they have not fulfilled and refund money. Terrible service!!!

Was my first time ordering online and was a little worried about the product and hidden costs.
But the lenses are exactly as I ordered , no surprises , except for the free pair of monthly lenses they gave me! Price was as quoted and delivery was really fast,Xpresspost . Will order again with CLC !!

I made an order on 10/26/15 of 4 boxes of Acuvue 2 contacts and their pure colors hd in 3 different colors brown, hazel, and pure hazel my order arrived a week later on 11/02/15. My order was correct they have very quick service.

The purchase of my contact lenses was easy and the delivery very fast. But the contact lenses I bought don't last as long as the ones I bought in a store. My eyes are dry after a short period, even if the brand is the exact same I used to buy.

I had a good first experience, my lenses were delivered on time and the quality was average - As expected when trying new product.

I then re-filled my prescription, the delivery was delayed and the customer service was not concerned about keeping me as a customer moving forward. I hope to use CLC again but will need to think it through seeing that there are other options out there.

A product is one part of the sale, customer service is key.

I ordered two different types of contact lenses (coloured and plain prescription). Received an email saying that the colour that I ordered was on back order for 1-2 months. I assumed my plain prescription contacts would still be sent out in good time, but no. Still waiting one month later....and running out of contact lenses.

The shipping was as fast as usual and the free gift was appreciated.

Easy to order, on time delivery. I will use this service again.

We ordered 2 differents prescriptions . They were apparently shipped separately . We received one set of lenses in one week . I am still waiting for the other ones 2 weeks later ! Why was shipping 13.95 if I still don't have them?

Maybe it's just me, but in today's world of online shopping, I've become used to placing an order and it being shipped the next day. I placed an order for contacts - one box, no prescription, on a Thursday and they weren't shipped to me until the following Tuesday. Three business days seems like a long time to wait compared to other online shopping experiences. After they were shipped they arrived two days later. So overall, one week from placing the order to receipt, which, again, maybe it's just me, but I will hunt around in the future for a company that ships faster.

I love my contacts...they came super fast and everything I needed was with them. Thanks ...will buy from you again!

Had to order contacts, submitted the order on a Monday and I had them on Thursday. Pricing was very comparable. Will definitely use again.

Great selection, great prices, very fast shipping. This is my third time ordering and haven't had an issue yet. My last order, I even received a free sample of solution and coupons. I would recommend them to everybody.

I've ordered a few times from CLC, and the company is great. But having an automatic insurance fee added to your bill (if you don't explicitly "unselect" it) is crazy. Why should the consumer pay for the company to ship you unripped lenses? They should give you a free return if your lenses arrive damaged!

My order for Acuvue Oasys was placed on August 12, 2015, and the payment was finalized at PayPal on August 13th. On August 17, I received e-mail confirmation of my order providing a tracking number. The tracking number showed that pre-shipment info was provided to USPS and that a shipping label was created. It is now August 21, the tracking information has not changed since then and my account on Contact Lenses Canada still does not reflect any order in my Order History.

The request for this review was received on August 19, but at this time, I have not received anything which can be reviewed.

Note the day after review was submitted: 08-22-2015 - The contacts have now been received and the USPS tracking updated. My Contact Lenses Canada account still does not show that I have any order history though.
