Order never arrived
I placed an order weeks ago. It never arrived. I have contacted customer service several times and no response. Now I am being asked to write a review which is one star as I have no product but have paid and no help from company.

I am sorry that your order which left us on the 12th May has not yet arrived with you. I can see you contacted our support and we replied on the 22nd May asking for you to confirm the delivery address we have for you. As of yet, we have not heard back so would have assumed the issue had been resolved and the order delivered since.
