DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A SO CALLED COMPANY! I ordered contacts back in November and waited weeks without getting my contacts. I tried to call the company multiple times but have had difficulty getting through. I then tracked the order and it stated it was delivered in or near my mailbox. I live in a complex with over 300 apartments and don't know where this box went or if it even was truly delivered. I tried calling this company back multiple times (when I could finally get through) and was rudely told that because tracking states it was delivered, there is nothing that could be done. The customer service is rude, un knowledgeable and unhelpful. So, I called my bank and had the charges reversed since I never received this product and ordered the contacts elsewhere (with no problems, mind you). Weeks later, I begun to get threatening emails from the company calling me a theif and telling me I was going to jail for "felony mail fraud". A odd woman named "Melissa" allegedly reported me to the postal service for fraud and continued to send me threatening and slanderous emails stating that I probably do this to other companies and that I'm a "theif". She also kept referencing my credit card number, saying she's sharing it to multiple sites that collect information on people. I now must go cancel this credit card because a strange woman has my personal bank information. Also, I'm appalled and calling my attorney to speak to him about slander and defamation of character because this is unacceptable, unprofessional behavior from a company. I will write a negative review and explain my terrible experience to every contact lense company review website available because everyone needs to be aware of this distasteful treatment. Please, there are hundreds of other places to order contact lenses, GO ELSEWHERE. Heaven forbid you have to be stalked by an unstable Melissa too. BEWARE.

We shipped a $300. order to Sando 11/23. Tracking shows the order delivered 11/29:
Tracking Number: 9400109205568867690403

Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 4:24 pm on November 29, 2021 in HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA 92649.

We had received absolutely no communication by phone or email at any point. We did receive her $300. charge back a month later claiming non-delivery. We immediately emailed her asking if she received her order and letting her know her order like all our orders are insured and if the order wasn't received we would replace the entire order. Still no response. At this point a reasonable person would expect some response from a customer claiming not to have received a $300. order and if not it follows a pattern that is typically fraud. We send a further email asking Sando to either make contact with us or if not we would have to report it as fraud to the USPS in order to file an insurance claim with USPS to try a recover the funds. Still absolutely no response. We filed our claim and send Sando a copy and this finally is the response. Again Sando never made contact with us over a period of a month plus since delivery and despite our best efforts to assist and our offer to replace the order as soon as we became aware of a potential problem by our receiving her $300. charge back a month after delivery we still had no response. We still stand ready to work with her to replace the order at any point should Sando be interested in doing so.

Horrible customer service

I made an order by mistake, because I thought that I'm ordering another product. I did it on weekends. On Monday I tried to cancel my order through their website, but didn't get any notifications about my request.
On Tuesday I called them and their customer support representative said that she doesn't see any cancellation requests. Then I asked her to cancel order for me, and she told me she can't do it and I either should call their sales department or send email through their website. Tried to call their sales department about 35 times from 10:36 am to 2:47 pm and they were always unavailable. I sent another cancel request through their website.
And today I got 2 messages. First one: my order is completed and second one that it's shipped.
Also I hoped that they will ask for my prescription at least before ship my order, but they didn't. They just sent me lenses without checking my prescription. I could harm myself with wrong contact lenses and they don't care.

I'm registered as Vladislav Vazhenin there. My order number: 202117. I have no reasons to lie about anything.

Great people

I felt really stupid having to call and cancel my order(I ordered the wrong prescription) but support fixed the issue promptly and with absolutely no attitude, just like it should be. I'll be coming back.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered contacts on Thursday, still not shipped out by Tuesday. Emailed customer service wanting to cancel the order and Megan was very unprofessional in her response. Did not want to cancel the order and issue a refund at all. Here was her response “ We haven't confirmed cancellation. What is the point of ordering from your doctor if you not only have to go there to pick them up but you'll be paying 20% more to do so plus what you've ordered here is only a 45 day supply so you would have to do this 7 times a year? I don't know about you but saving $70. a year and not having to spend your time going to the doctor in the middle of a pandemic would be enough for me to order onlne.”. I responded to please cancel right away and this was her next response “ The order already shipped, too late to stop. You'll be emailed tracking as soon as it becomes available.” Coincidentally I received a tracking number right after that.

Martin ordered at 4:40 PM Thursday, too late to begin RX verification that day. Verification started Friday and finished Monday. The order was sent to the manufacturer Monday to ship directly to Martin. Martin contacted us Tuesday to cancel the order We told Martin we would try to cancel however since the order was already sent to ship the previous day we advised Martin it may not be possible.

Her reply: "Thanks for trying to cancel. It was only saving me about $10 to order online, so I'll just order direct from the doctor.."

The order was for a 90 pack box of 1 day contacts, same RX in both eyes so that 90 pack would last only 45 days. The $10. savings was 20% of her total for that 1 box. Our response was a reply pointing out how much more expensive it would be to purchase a box every 45 days from her doctor. Saving 20% times the 8 boxes needed for a year would actually save her $80 a year not just $70 not to mention the numerous trips to the doctor's office to pick up a box every 45 days. The reply had nothing to do with the cancellation, if a customer wants to cancel it's their right to do so no matter what. Prior to our response we did email a cancellation request. Our intention was certainly not to offend Martin in any way.

We received a reply from the manufacturer to our request to cancel and the reply was the order had already shipped. We advised Martin we were unable to cancel the order, the order had shipped and that she had 30 days to return the order for refund for any or no reason. Martin was sent her tracking number automatically shortly thereafter. We believe this is the first time we've received a negative review for trying to save a customer money and for shipping too quickly! We apologize if Martin felt offended in any way, again it was not our intention to offend.

I rarely write reviews but I received such an exceptionally great customer service from ContactLens that I feel I should write one.

They have a pretty straightforward site and explain their ordering process well, yet I made a mistake while ordering my lenses. I accidentally put in the wrong number for power. As I was trying to fix it I wound up making 2 orders — one correct and one incorrect. I decided to call the company to get help sorting it out. By the time I looked up the phone number and dialed it the problem was already solved. Literally, the person on the phone told me they have just caught up on the discrepancy and fixed it and I needn’t worry about a thing. Later, they followed up with an email reassurance that my order is fine and soon after — notification that my lenses were mailed with a tracking number. I have already received my lenses and I am wearing them as I type this.

In the time of the pandemic, when even the most trivial things often turn into a major ordeal, it’s very pleasing to get such personal attention to detail and such a smooth ordering experience. I’m very happy with my interaction with ContactLens I’ll definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

reliable service

I've been using this company for several years now and am very satisfied! Shipping is pretty fast and prices are great! The only time I needed to contact customer service (I was changing the mailing address after the order had been processed) they responded quickly and did their best to help. Thankful for the consistently great service!

Four Stars Earned As Follows

Four stars earned as follows: two for lowest price, zero for processing and shipping time, zero for quality control, and two for customer service. It took nine days to receive the order, and the lenses received did not match the prescription. But when the problem was brought to ContactLens’s attention, they corrected it promptly and courteously.
