Absolutely outstanding customer service from Conidia Bioscience.
We recently purchased one of their diesel testing kits via Amazon, but unfortunately the kit arrived without the blue extraction fluid, which meant the test result was invalid. As this was quite an urgent situation, we contacted the company the following day to explain.
From the very first call, Clare was incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand the situation and clearly advising us on the next steps. She also helped coordinate the solution, which made the whole process feel seamless and reassuring.
What happened next genuinely exceeded all expectations. Within just 10 minutes of sending an email, we received a response confirming that they would arrange a replacement — and not just by post. Instead, they organised for someone to personally drive over an hour to deliver a new test kit to us the very same day direct to site!
This level of service is incredibly rare. Glen was extremely efficient in handling our enquiry, and Max, who kindly delivered the replacement, was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
It’s refreshing to see a company take such ownership and pride in resolving an issue so quickly and professionally. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Conidia again and highly recommend them to anyone.
