i always use the loreal velvet perm but some major shops and super stores dont stock it any more i came across your web site and u had them in stock i orderd 2 they came with in 48hrs very pleased with the service will defo be using u again and will reccomend u to my friends to thank u very much

I had ordered for some body scrub and shampoo. I did receive a mail on 24th Jan'2012 saying that the items have been dispatched! But I haven't received them yet even after more than 2 weeks! On calling the customer support I was told that they had indeed posted it via Royal mail normal post with no tracking information! Royal mail has confirmed that it is impossible to track such items and its sure gone for a toss! I now have to wait for 2 more weeks before they can even think of refunding which I at least hope they will. They could as well charge a proper delivery fee and do it properly.
