Resolved Quickly - Faulty Meter
I had an estimated bill twice in a row, I contacted the customer service team who were very helpful, they sent an engineer out as the problem was a faulty meter, they fixed it and now back on track. Very efficient and resolved the issue quickly.

If I could give zero stars I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service and incredibly slow process. The people answering the calls have horrendous attitude - the calls should be recorded and reviewed! I could see from other comments that they appear to be overcharging so I will keep an eye on this as they have already lied about something.

Another company used by the notorious…
Another company used by the notorious Ballymore. This company is absolutely useless, they constantly say they can’t get readings from the meters at Pan Peninsula and so they are over estimating everything and when you provide the correct readings with evidence they still take the incorrect money from your account. These systems are flawed, the bills extortionate and you cannot switch off the comfort cooling system so you pay a bill even if you don’t use the system. Just a really useless company overcharging because they have the monopoly across all Ballymore developments. If you see this company listed as a utility supplier for communal energy find another home.

If you feel you are using the system controls correctly but still experiencing issues you can request a visit from the Ballymore aftercare to inspect/ service the system through the onsite team, as they have retained an ongoing involvement at Pan Peninsula.

Quick and efficient, from the point I got the company involved their response was almost immediate, and my issue was resolved within hours.
Impressed with the quality of the job and the engineer's level of service, very professional and informative.

Excellent & Quick Service
Excellent service provided Wesley; he was able to get an engineer booked in with very short notice due to a leak we had within the HIU in our apartment.
Very clear on the upfront call-out quote and if there would be any additional costs incurred during the service.
Overall very impressed with everyone at Communal Energy as we also had Martin and Martyn (the engineers on-site) who were super helpful and fixed the leak in less than an hour.
Very much appreciate such professional and quick service. Thank you!

Excellent repair service for HIUs
I own an HIU unit which has historically been very problematic. Wesley and the team at Communal Energy Partners have been very quick to resolve these issues for me and have always provided a very high quality of service. Their prices are also some of the cheapest in the market for HIU units.

Greedy company and terrible service
Terrible company, terrible service. They are the only supplier for my building, monopolosing the prices and rates. They are charging me a 100 pounds a month on water bill only for a 2 bedroom flat! Just 2 people living here!
When I discussed their rates and asked to move to a different providers they responded with: "You can't switch, pay your bill or we will cut off water".
Terrible service, greedy company!

As mentioned, a substantial element of your bill relates to cold water and sewerage charges levied on the building not set by CEP and at no time would we cut that supply off. In addition, as the heat and hot water are provided through a shared communal system, they can only be supplied to residents through one company.
