Prompt delivery, great price
Delivery was quick and the price was excellent. The VoIP/SIP phones work perfectly out of the box. Communication was clear throughout. Overall, a smooth buying experience - very happy and would recommend.

Bad communication, not received the item, states next day delivery, nothing....
have to chase them, refunded, but not fully....

A bit of careful research helped…
A bit of careful research helped understand what I needed and Comms are streets ahead of other search results for price and quality. All arrived on time which is always a bug bear when needing stuff for work. Their name is printed on the cable so it's nobody else's! The switch and cable now mean I have full gigabit capability unfinished by WiFi speed. Thank you!

Poor advertising
The product I ordered was illustrated in the pictures as a pair, however, when the product arrived there was only one. The product requires a pair to operate so I wanted to return the produce and had to pay a 20% restocking fee over £30 rubbish!!

Everything that can go wrong with a bad supplier did go wrong
Item said to be in stock when I ordered. I paid extra for 2 business day delivery. On 3rd day told it was out for delivery. It never arrived. Over 2 weeks later told the order had been missed by their system and asked did I still want it re ordered. Re-ordered and never arrived again. Then told the item was no longer available.
Shambles, I purchased same item via amazon with next day delivery and £5 cheaper. Comms Express is not a description for this company.

Beware of high "restocking fee" for any return!
Happy with the quick dispatch and products, however I had to re-order due to wrong reference selected on the first order. The product was returned unused in original packaging when our IT support realised the mistake. I'm ok with paying the return postage as the mistake was ours, however I find the 20% of product value restocking fee grossely excessive. Not a great first experience with this supplier, I'll avoid in the future.
