No communication
I was told that the lead time of the product was 10-12 days and I would easily get the item for Christmas. 12 days passed and I heard nothing so I called customer services. I was told January would be the earliest they could do.
I cancelled the order but it took 3 phone calls to get confirmation of a refund. Wasn’t impressed.

Ordered a VC system clearly stated 7-10 days delivery.
Emailed to say would be later by the 15th Dec. Then date pushed back and refused to cancel order and refund.
Avoid this company, prices cheap customer service poor and they don’t hold physical stock.
