Quite sure that this place is a scam!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Ironically my card had fraud against it after purchasing this and the item never even turned up! Someone should report them!
Ordered in mid Aug and still nothing the email keep saying it's in transit. Which is total lies.

I wish I'd read this before I ordered swimwear at the start of August. No sign of it. Customer Support completely unfit for purpose. Avoid avoid avoid.

Needs to be a zero! Can’t believe I stupidly payed for a swimsuit that has never and will never arrive! The fake tracking said it took a a few days from china to LA but has been in Edinburgh since mid September! What a load of rubbish!!!!! 😡

I’d give 0 if I could, I ordered on 2nd August it’s not 6th October still not arrived they keep saying be patient it will arrive 🤦‍♀️. When at Christmas ? I’m going on the trip today that I ordered for so it’s too late now and they are trying not to refund saying it’s too late to cancel they are not getting that I’m not cancelling they are not delivering 🤷‍♀️. I see a PayPal dispute round the corner 🥲.

Should be a zero. Eight weeks and not received and patronising illiterate messages from so called customer service telling me to be patient. Selling cheap knock offs going by reviews on here. A scam essentially.

Items never arrived, even though I kept getting updates about shipping, they stalled after apparently clearing UK customs. Attempts to contact the seller led to a chatting which was impossible to get an answer from. Glad I had the forethought to pay via PayPal - got a refund from them when I raised an issue

Not as advertised at all. Took entire month to arrive. After some research i found a website called Honey Mark which seems to be the original makers of this romper swimsuit and commonplacey are making a cheap knockoff. There is no 'tummy control', the bra is seethrough and baggy and the briefs are skimpy knickers with no support to be found anywhere. The outer part is ok but no lining and not well made, i am spending a lot of time adjusting it all to fit me

At least my swim romper arrived…. But it took over a month, by which time the holiday I ordered it for was long gone!
Plus it doesn’t fit… despite measuring carefully and using their chart. No support for (big) boobs and customer service suggest I give it away to a friend!!!!! The advert is misleading -doesn’t say it comes from the US and that there’s no returns unless it’s “faulty” (not being the size you measured doesn’t apparently mean it’s faulty?!)

Same as others would give zero if I could ordered romper swimsuit 2 months ago apparently hit UK beginning August keep getting told be patient, said I want refund, they refuse, now said it is there responsibility as I have not received the product. Avoid at all costs.

Added lots of additional charges on to the original price,Waited 7 weeks for delivery, it did eventually arrive and they will not issue a refund despite the product not being suitable. I don’t want to “give it as a gift to a special friend” I want my money back!

Absolute scam do not give this company your money!

Ordered a romper suit over 7wks ago for a holiday has not yet arrived have been on holiday and the so called parcel has been in Edinburgh for 4wks.
I have asked for a refund and been told I cannot have one,
looking into ways to report company, went through Facebook so will report company as absolute RUBBISH.

This will be zero but does not have that option. I have ordered on 7 Aug 23 and it is still not here. The items has been in Wales since the 5th of Sept and still not here. They won't refund even though the product is now useless. There is nothing stating delivery will have an unlimited time. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. It is nog worthy our time.

I can't complain about delivery from US, only took a couple of weeks, but did take longer to arrive once in the UK - Evri !!
However, my issue is the colour of garment. I ordered turquoise , i got bright blue. I sent photos of & was told, the correct item was sent! Either they are colour blind, fobbing me off or don't really care. Perhaps all 3!! Avoid.

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered six weeks ago now, supposed to be awaiting delivery from Cardiff for 10 days now. Keep thanking me for my patience which is adding insult to injury. Avoid.

Absolute scam. Pay your money, product never arrives. Outsourced support who just parrot the same empty scripted messages. Buy from these guys if you want to throw your money away. BEWARE

Scammers. Waited weeks for parcel and keep being fobbed off by company email address saying it's on way. Hasn't arrived and they won't give a refund. Wish I'd checked here first. I have asked for a copy of the complaint terms and conditions on their website, but just keep being told to be patient. Will contact credit card company to see what they can do also.

Scammers. No item. Fake tracking. Gutted.

10 weeks of waiting for two romper suits. Shiyel, their customer portal said it was on it's way, now when I go back to track it says that my email isn't linked to any order!!!! When I email customer service they just tell me to go to shiyel. Constantly fobbing me off. They have also changed their name on facebook so this is obviously a scamming website.
