I got the Plush Bishop U shaped Corner sofa in Turquoise which i absolutely LOVE! it’s super comfy and just what i was looking for. They were very informative, didn’t rush in purchasing and they give an all round great service. Lovely family business. i will definitely order with them again

I felt like I was really annoying at times 😂🙄 “can I have this mattress instead with it please” “no actually can I have this mattress” “actually just the bed frame please” “can my delivery be earlier”. They was very understanding about it though, and met my needs perfectly. I am more than happy with my bed and 5* for customer service too! You’ve been amazing throughout and I’m so grateful. Bought 2 beds and a sofa and quality on all 3 amazing! Delivery guys were also amazing

Lovely looking sofa however we have had it about 4 weeks and the base cushions are already starting to miss shape and leaving dents where we have been sat, we are turning the cushions regular but makes no odds.
Also where the sofa attaches each section the wood makes the sofa incredibly uncomfortable to lay on.

I have ordered from this company twice a s the first time was so easy and don't get me wrong for what you pay it's brilliant. But the customer service the second time round was disgusting. Mattress for delivered twice all marked. Rearranging delivery dates was hard work and they listened to nothing I said, to the point where they turned up on a day when I already told them I was at work but they still turned up anyway. I finally got a tiny refund back after arguing and arguing for about 5 weeks to get it all sorted.customer service people were so rude and just disregarded everything without a care in the world. Definitely has put me off ever ordering from here again unfortunately

Ordered my bed and sofa from this company came on time when they said they would, amazing quality for the price, small issue with the bed messeged the seller and the issue was resolved right away, no complaints at all will definitely use this company in the future 👍🏻.

Brought on Wednesday was delivered 11am this morning! Customer service was amazing! And the sofa is lush! Anyone in doubt don’t be!

Highly recommended. Fast delivery 🚚 amazing quality for the prices of the sofas. They are not cheap and thin they are amazing quality yet again. Will be purchasing in the future again 🙂

This is the Second Time I have bought a bed from these guys, 2 years ago and today the only reason we changed was a different house and new themed however we sold our old bed and it was in too condition still, it’s really sturdy and well made, Great service cheap and reliable and delivered all the way to Essex for us 👍

10/10 would recommend, ordered a sofa on Monday morning it was delivered Friday afternoon

I contacted the company directly and they put me at ease with suggesting I pay full on delivery once I'd seen the bed. Delivery was in 2 days.. excellent communication from the company and the delivery drivers. Im not sure what the negative reviews online are for, or if theyre genuine; as my experience with the company and the quality of the bed has been brilliant. Id seen the same bed on many sites much more expensive for exactly the same quality. So overall it was a bargain. If youre unsure on whether to order i would 100% recommend !!
