What can I say? Brilliant service? Been having beds off his company for years. Bed is actually better in person than in picture solid really really good mattress. Oh my God it’s like a dream mattress really happy Took half an hour to do optimum small double bed brilliant these guys took care of my home as bringing it in they were very careful and they were lovely

Ordered the U shaped cinema sofa with free footstool, communication was through messenger was easy and quick to reply to any questions I had and shown me the sofa in different colours so I could pick one I preferred. Delivery was quick and the drivers who dropped it off were polite. I absolutely love my new sofa and will be ordering a bed off them next!! Definitely recommend x

Ordered 4 beds and specified when I needed delivery. The communication was fab all the way through and the beds arrived 2 hours earlier than anticipated which was better for me. The delivery guys were great in bringing them all in. I will be back for a sofa next year! Great quality! Would recommend.

Just had delivery of a new sofa . I was a little sceptical as the price was so competitive but what a fabulous buy it is. The delivery was SUPER quick , well in time for Christmas and it looks wonderful. The showroom was too far away to view the sofa before I bought it but it was exactly like the one on the website and lovely colour. One very SMALL gripe was I would have liked instructions for attaching the feet. Other than that perfect.

Ordered son sofa via messenger staff very helpful as needed made to Measure. Arranged delivery, slot given day before. Delivery was great, early and son said delivery men were great. The sofa is gorgeous colour, excellent quality and very comfortable. Son is delighted with it and it looks lovely in his living room. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend enough. I searched for so long trying to find a big sofa that wouldn't take weeks/months to arrive and also wouldn't cost £1K+.
I did think this was too good to be true at first, but I am so pleased! I could hand pick the delivery day, the gentlemen brought it into the house for us. The sofa is comfy, durable, and all round stunning!

I bought on the weekend and was here by Thursday night. Was kept informed by the very helpful efficient delivery drivers on arrival time and they helped us get it in the room we wanted it in. It is so very comfortable and feels amazing. Looks and feels as though it would last a very long time. Very happy with it thank you

Fantastic product and service. I was hesitant to buy from a company I wasn't familiar with but so glad I did. The bed was exactly as it looks in pictures and made to my preferred fabric and style. The included orthopedic mattress is the most comfortable night sleep I've ever had. I'm so pleased with the bed and the service I received. Would definitely recommend.

The service was excellent. We are really pleased with our new sofa, which we customized to our preferred design and size, and it turned out exactly as we wanted. They answered all of my questions, and the material and overall quality look great. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from COMFY SLEEPS HOME. I ordered a bed for my 86-year-old mum, specifically requesting a low bed base due to her mobility issues. Unfortunately, the bed delivered was much too high, making it unsafe for her to use.

My mum was in the store testing beds, and the salesperson saw firsthand how difficult the high beds were for her. Despite this, the wrong bed was delivered. When I contacted the store manager and customer services, they were unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly implying that I was mistaken. Instead of addressing the problem, they passed me around between departments, wasting my time and causing immense frustration. To make matters worse, the salesperson who assisted me initially was only helping out in that store, and I was told to find this salesperson and speak to them directly to resolve the issue, which was utterly impractical.

Adding to the poor experience, the delivery team broke the bathroom door handle while delivering the bed. We are not bed experts; we rely on the store to meet our specific requirements and needs, especially for someone with mobility issues. Despite explaining the urgency and potential hazard, I was forced to pay extra for a replacement low bed base. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer care and responsiveness, especially given the circumstances. I will not be recommending COMFY SLEEP HOME to anyone in the future. Quick to take your money but not willing to help

Ordered the cinema sofa last week and it came today and it is absolutely beautiful! I’m so so happy with it and at an affordable price too! Really happy and definitely recommend- commutation also great by the delivery guy kept in touch and told me how long etc
