This company was a pleasure to deal with. Had great selection of products, items were shipped when promised. The product came and matched the on line description to a tee. The delivery team got here earlier then promised and set up the furniture very fast and when they left you could not tell they were here. Very pleasant group of people. The web site was easy to navigate. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Will definitely return for my next furniture purchase.

My experience was pleasant and hassle-free. I got my furniture within days. Checking for availability of stock and paying cash on delivery made the transaction stress free. The delivery and assembly was done in a professional manner.

Some reviews are really funny to read, especially those 1-star ones. You can clearly see what kind of people are behind them. As for me, no problem with Comfyco, as per se, anyways, delivery might be a little faster, but besides that - top notch. They do free delivery with setup and I really can't complain.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service! Very rude! The way they speak to you is like they are the only ones on the market selling furniture and you need to just suck up the rudeness. They claim to have the lowest prices there for not paying any attention to customer needs. They will even tell you to cancel the order if you don't like the way they talk to you. The prices are NOT the lowest by the way, you can by the same stuff elsewhere with free delivery and assembly and skip the frustration. And now I clearly see why so many people wrote such bad reviews about them. Here comes another one. I would not recommend that company to anyone!

Flawless ordering, prompt delivery to central New Jersey and very competitive pricing. 4 instead of 5 stars due to lack of showroom or at least suggestions where to see and “touch” items in Comfyco inventory. I am planning to order more but only after I find store/showroom to check out the living room set I like. As for the current order, I was already familiar with the brand of the sofa-bed I bought, hence had no hesitation to order. Saved $100 by ordering from Comfyco as opposed to their competition.

Comfyco is the best site to buy furniture. Their prices are competitive, service impeccable, and so easy to work with. I have yet to receive my furniture but I have no doubt that my experience so far will prove a seem less delivery and setup. Thank you Comfyco for your incredible service and customer friendliness.

The drivers were prompt & professional. I got a call 30 mins before delivery and they were there ON TIME. They put the sofa and love seat together promptly as well.

Customer service is absolutely rude and sound completely uneducated. Never had a worse shopping experience. If you shop from this company beware and be prepared to be spoken to like you are an idiot if you have to contact customer service for any reason. Would never recommend even to my worst enemy. Should be embarrassed to call themselves a company! If i could give them a zero as a rating i most certainly would.

We ordered on Sunday and the furniture arrived on Tuesday! Super fast. Guys were polite and professional. One of them put the sleeper sofa together super fast. However, another one could not figure out for a while how to put the office chair together. So the fast guy(older one) had to help him. They looked a little sad that the chair was uncomfortable. I was also super sad because I needed a comfy office chair and it seems that the chair would lean forward instead of backward. I was also sliding from it. When my husband came home, it turned out that they installed the chair backwards!!! Lol. It became very comfortable after the hb put it together correctly:) In general, you have to pay extra for installation at Waifair; while it was free with Comfyco. So we are happy with the overall experience.
