comfybear Asking for a review on the item I still haven't received, karaoke machine , id say keep away they took my money ,ripped off

Ordered very start of September and still waiting! No replies to emails and tracking none existent. Looks like they are scammers so beware!!

AVOID. TOTAL RIP OFF. SELL ITEMS WAY OVERY PRICED. DONT ANSWER EMAILS,TRACKING IS A JOKE AND DELIVERY TIMES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. PLEASE AVOID. HAD I BEEN AWARE IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED. THEIR PROM VIDIO SHOWES AN ENGLISH WOMAN REVIEWING ITEMS. MISLEADING AND SCAMERS.

Order the squishmallow advent calendar! Seemed like a great deal! Unfortunately it seems they never had them in stock so shouldn’t have taken my money!? But after lots of messages I did get refunded so pleased about that!

I’ve ordered mini squishmello advent calendar and 2 jewellery kit making sets on the 7th November 2024 and still haven’t received or heard anything I’ve emailed and had no response at all wish I read the reviews before ordering stay clear of this site now got to try and get my money back I saw the advert on instagram

Order never received. No response to emails. Tracking via Shop doesn’t show any record of order. Some other tracking link shows order delivered 10th Nov but we definitely never got anything. Would steer clear.

I have fallen for this scam I’m actually feeling stupid because I’ve been here before I checked the web sight was legit and all looks good but I now know it’s not can’t track the order and is now 59 pound out of pocket so beware people

I ordered a jewellery making kit.

Ordered a mini karaoke machine paid for but never received. Emailed and completed customer service form, no response.
Even emailed to ask for a review.
Do not order from Comfybear!

Awful. They don't even send you the product. They take tour money then ignore your emails. Daylight robbery!!

Ordered a karaoke machine and microphone does not charge. Have sent few emails without a reply. Will be asking for a refund. Stay clear.

Music karaoke box. Microphone won’t charge. Flimsy and quite frankly a load of shit.
Steer well clear!!

Absolute rib off !!!!!! I received a small flat box which is damaged on one corner, nothing like the photo , sending this straight back tomo & want a refund please do not buy from this scam company

Should have read the reviews stay clear of this company items are rubbish not what they claim to be on their videos disappointed to say the least 😡😡😡

Ordered a bracelet and necklace making kit from this company called comfy bear the advert showed a large box which opened up to show 4 compartments each one filled with charms beads of all colours and shapes plus wrist chains and necklace bands what arrived was a small box just one compartment and a little purse nothing like what was shown in the advert.avoid this company they are scammers.

I had a txt asking for details of my order but it wouldn't send I'm still waiting for a delivery and for yourselves to get it sorted or refund my money

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter and it still hasn't turned up
