Bought one item for approx £35 and have been charged for 10 items.

No replies to emails

Avoid at all.costs

Don’t use this company! Never received item even though they claim I did. No proof of delivery. Scam company do not use

Wish I’d read these reviews before trusting this scam company. I bought a mini speaker for the shower as my son loves listening to music. Absolutely disgusting.

My order has turned up today, which I am very pleased about as it was intended for a stocking filler, so has finally arrived in time for Christmas. I have updated it to a 2 star experience although customer service has been non existent, hopefully the gadget will be worth a few more stars.

Absolute rubbish company! I ordered girls jewellery making kit and another item in November. To this day 19th December I have still not received anything. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and I now have a claim case going against this company to get a refund. They have used automated replies to some of my emails which state utter rubbish. Saying still in transit! Shipping tracking info never changes!!! Avoid purchasing from this company, I only wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before parting with my money!!! Don’t believe reviews on their Facebook page! Absolutely made up! Stay clear of this company!!! I would give 0 star rating if there was one.

Ordered a kareoke machine in November I've not received it payed though klarma seculey I've contacted comfy bear will no response I have a tracking number but I can't track it it is a scam company they have no intentions of delivering the goods merry Christmas comfy bear

If I could give them no stars I would. I bought a mini karaoke machine and upon receiving it it didn’t work. They offered me 30%. What a joke. I asked for a full refund and I have had no response since. Having sent them around 20 emails SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. BE WARNED

Scam I bought a play set for my daughter and it’s still not arrived this website is a SCAM do not order !!!!!!!!!

My Karaoke Machine, a Christmas present for my granddaughter has been on its way for the last 4 weeks. That's all the information available, I will know better than ordering off Facebook in future and will use PayPal when ever I have to. Merry Christmas Comfybear

Received a package today, opened it to find the Charm Bracelet making kit I had ordered my grandaughter as a gift for Christmas, cannot describe how shocked I was to see this miniscule box with contents so far removed from what I had been anticipating it was hard to believe my own eyes. The advertising for this product is shockingly false and will be reported accordingly. Should have read these reviews before ordering but got swept away by the beautiful box and contents I was expecting. Never to old to learn

I cancelled twice but they still sent. The item a Girls Charm Bracelet Making Kit was no bigger than my hand. Waited for it since 5th dec. arrived today 17th total rubbish my postman was able to post through letter box. Rip off!
do not buy from this company. I could not give that as a present.

Ordered on 3rd December- no shipping details & no response to several messages - scam comes to mind - avoid at all costs

Scam company. Ordered and paid for Karaoke machine for my granddaughter, received an e mail saying it had been delivered (which it hadn’t) and showed an order number only as ‘comfybear’.
No response from their customer service and will not provide courier details or proof of delivery.
DO NOT TRUST THJS COMPANY OR ORDER FROM THEM

Awful company. I haven’t received the item I ordered and have sent emails and messages and had no response whatsoever. Taken my money and not delivered the goods! Do not buy from here!

I ordered a Squishmallow advent calendar from Comfy Bear on 12th November, and it finally arrived 4 weeks later, completely missing the point of being an advent calendar. By then, I’d already had to buy a replacement before 1st December.

Communication with this company is abysmal. When I raised a case, their responses were generic and dismissive, just repeating, "It's on the way," with no real acknowledgment of my concerns or attempts to resolve the issue.

They refused to accept that the delayed delivery made the item useless. I really regret not checking Trustpilot reviews beforehand because this has been such a frustrating experience.

Do yourself a favor: save your time and money and avoid Comfy Bear at all costs. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

People leaving good reviews suggest not to read into the poor reviews are they serious over 90% unhappy customers to just 3% that say they are happy lol.
Yes i am one of the 90% placed my order 15th November gave me a tracking number with Yodel well moment i saw that goodbye parcel anyway comfybear just reply with automated messages to my complaints and Yodel say they dont have a parcel. So is this company taking money for goods supply a tracking number but not sending goods as a tracking reference makes it look as if they have sent your order anyway thank you Lloyds Bank got my money back so bye bye comfybear anyone that orders good luck...
