Top service all the way around
Sharon in the Berkeley showroom is the best. She is knowledgeable about all the products and extremely helpful. She called when the order came in and we were promptly scheduled for the install. Roberto and his partner had the wall bed installed in about an hour. They even took off their shoes on the carpeted floor. Five stars all the way around!

Very positive experience. Sharon was awesome in helping me solve a bedding/space/delivery/timing challenges. The Murphy Chest was a hit with visiting family this past week. And it is a beautiful piece of furniture!

Professional job from beginning to end. Installation today was terrific and we are very satisfied with our new Murphy bed / desk combo. Great customer care all the way. Recommend them 100%.
Update - Just had a week full of visitors with 2 different sets of guests on the new Murphy bed. Both reviews were 100-Plus percent positive. Totally comfortable bed and new mattress (also purchased from Comfort Zone). So proud as a homeowner and host to hear their reviews! Everyone thought it was a really cool system.

Mike was VERY helpful and we picked the perfect guest sleeping solution. We went in to look at cabinet beds, but the couch bed, with a real, full sized mattress, was much cheaper and even more comfortable. This is the second product we've bought from Comfort Zone in Oxnard, and both times they exceeded our expectations for service, price, and product quality. They are highly recommended!
