AVOID!! their delivery services are horrific and the customer service is shocking. The last person I spoke to was huffing down the phone yet they are the ones who claim to have delivered a parcel that is literally no where to be seen!! 2 weeks before Christmas and they won’t refund me without investigating which takes 10 working days.. disgusting.

I ordered many times from columbia i love this brand but everytime I was order there's a problem with delivey.Very poor delivery services,lost parcel one time and delayed packages many times, no delivery on time and the company of delivery send email they attempted to deliver but they wasn't attempt, I am at home whole day and no one knock on my door. And now I should to go to the centre of company to recieve
my order oh no that's so bad

Ordered on Wednesday evening & just arrived as said.
Quality walking shoes for this time of year.

Have worn Columbia trousers of one kind or another for decades now and have found them difficult to match elsewhere. However, the sizing between their actual products and what you're able to order on their UK website is VERY confusing. Their own online size guide doesn't correspond to their North American sizing so is of no help, and even staff in their own stores don't understand it. After taking the time to check with their online customer service, with clear photographs of exactly what I wanted, I was STILL given completely the wrong information. Now after all that, having been sent the wrong size, there's no guarantee they'll refund my initial postage charges, even though it was their mistake. Twice now I've been asked by them to review their service, but as soon as I rate it negatively, I'm told the link no longer works... call me cynical!?!

Purchased 2 fleece jackets which were unsuitable so had to return.
They emailed a label which I was unable to print due to having no access to a printer.
So I returned the items via the royal mail to the return address provided.
Website states you should receive your refund within 15 working day. After this time passed and no sign of a refund I contacted the company by phone.
I was effectively told in broken English that if I'd returned via any method other than with the DHL return label they wouldn't be able to tell if they'd received the items back or not.
And that effectively that was the end of my claim for a refund.
I have now had to take up a claim with the royal mail but can only claim half the amount I was entitled to receive in a refund!
The whole tone of the conversation was disinterest and as if this was a regular occurrence of items being returned for a refund and going missing!

Ordered a jacket on Monday and it came by Thursday. I don't understand the bad the reviews, everything was good for me.
Jacket is nice too

Fast shipping, no problems at all.

Reluctantly made another purchase from columbia for a coat as a gift with bad weather coming.
Had the conformation text to say delivery was due, clicked tracking from the equally disgraceful UPS that these insist on using.
No delivery, no contact ,no hope of contact from UPS and eventually co text the last from columbia UK...in France! Nice lady and only doing her job....but UPS have "lost" my parcel and they are doing a full investigation which will take upto 10 day....but they do offer an sincere apology.

So you have to fork out AGAIN ,one you can't because miraculously. The item is no longer in stock!!...was it ever? ..but an apology keeps you warm,saves the time and trouble, the half day off and keeps the gift timing in place obviously!!.

Save your time money and effort and avoid like the plague.

I ordered boots from Columbia sportwear Ireland.My billing account is in another country. The sale went through but I did not get an email notification, so I called their contact no.
The person (in France) told me that the billing and delivery address must be in the same country or they do not ship. Their website DOES NOT SAY THIS.
My account is showing the pending charge but apparently no boots will be sent.
I am disgusted.

Sale circular received. Browsed for an hour, £160 accumulated, to be made aware AT END, no postage to Northern Ireland due to Brexit. What a small time outfit.

Order arrived faster than expected. Walked 7k in them, my feet felt great, so comfortable.

Boots Leaking
Had an issue with a pair of boots which were leaking and customer service resolved the situation quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely terrible returns. Still waiting for a refund after almost 3 weeks !!
Returns received by Columbia 29th Jan, and still no acknowledgement of the return or refund and it's now the 16th Feb!!

Shocking service.

Firstly, if you are struggling with demand or have workign issues because of Brexit/ Covid perhaps you shouldn't be taking orders in the first place.

I placed an order then never even had as much of a confirmation e-mail. Delays to delivery because of brexit and covid I can understand but to not even receive an acknowledment of my order is really poor behaviour.

You were quick enough to take the funds though!

Customer service is literally non-existant, e-mails, calls, online forms, social media pages completely ignored. Eventually I got through on the phone one day for the customer service agent to basically laugh at me down the phone which is completely unacceptable. I'm glad she is finding it all amusing though.

Really poor service. Would avoid if I was you.

I ordered the shoes 8 days ago but the order was never sent. Moreover, the status "returned" was set almost immediately. I wrote several times to the support service but no one answered. I don't know what's going on. Very disappointed.
Update: Got it delayed, but shoes is really good, changing this to 3 stars

Item went to wrong address but Columbia say because it was delivered its my responsibility!
It was booked to be shipped to my home address but UPS delivered to one of their Access Points instead. Columbia were unhelpful saying they couldn't reorganise delivery and I would have to go and fetch it myself! I requested a refund but that can't be processed until UPS return the parcel.
I have zero confidence of getting my money back.

Bought my daughter a ski fleece it’s great

They dropped an email to me (have no idea why or how they had my data) pushing Black Friday deals. I ordered some sports underwear and received them. However, the pairs, though labelled large, were different sizes, one being 3 inches larger!! I called and customer services were efficient and nice. BUT and heres the but...they want me to send them back, but wont just exchange so we can get on with our lives. They ask that I send them back, they refund me, then I re-order and notify them I am, then I will get a Black Friday discount again. I mean just send me some new pants to replace the old...my time is precious without this rubbish. Any company worth its customer services salt would have just sent one pair to replace the wrongly sized pair (i had sent them 3 photos to show the problem). All in all, a massive consumption and waste of time just to get pants that should have been correctly sized in the first place!! Nothing offered in terms of the mistake THEY had made.........
