Disappointed as wrongly advised on colour and no customer service

I purchased a glass splashback to match a Dulux colour which i was told was correct and then on arrival it didnt look the same. I queried it and was then told there were other similar colour names and i'd chosen the incorrect one, even though i'd discussed it over the phone and had the Dulux colour card in my hand. I emiled in to complain several times and no response. Poor follow up customer service. They want your sale but no customer service follow up.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration, particularly as you had discussed the colour with us over the phone before placing your order.

With some Dulux colours having very similar names and different variations, it’s important that we make sure the exact colour is confirmed before manufacture, and we’re sorry that there appears to have been a misunderstanding in this instance.

More importantly, you should have received a response to your emails. We apologise that the follow-up fell below the level of service we aim to provide.

We quickly had to find a company that…

We quickly had to find a company that could produce a bespoke size glass splashback, after one of the biggest kitchen companies messed up the measurements of our kitchen, and supplied our kitchen fitter with a splashback that was 15 centimetres too tall.

I came across Colour 2 Glass on Google, and after some thorough research and reading Trustpilot reviews, we decided to order our splashback from them.

We chose the size, the thickness etc, placed the order, and received the new splashback well within the delivery leadtime.

The splashback itself looks to be of great quality. It came well wrapped and protected, no cracks or chips, and included four of the silver fittings (I believe you have to choose to add this btw!) that our kitchen fitter needed to fix it to the wall behind, and even a fitting manual.

Thank you for saving our kitchen renovation last minute. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

Brilliant product and service

Packaged really well. The splash back I ordered was just as described with the exact measurements that I had supplies. Really pleased, in fact delighted! Would definitely recommend this company. Customer service was brilliant, can’t fault anything about my order.

PERFECT

absolutely perfect from start to finish, ordered a custom clear glass splash back with a socket cut out . i uploaded my drawing with the measurements , 2 days later they was InTouch with there own drawing to double confirm the measurements . 2 weeks later order was delivered perfect
