I ordered a Konica Minolta 4695 multifunction printer from colour-laser-printers.co.uk, The service was great and the delivery was quick. I would highly recommend.

this is the second sx415 printer that we have had wee hade the first one for a couple of years and my husband has used it continuosly as he make paper models and the printer is never off so we have really had our money's worth and wanted to get another one as its the best printer we have had and didnt like the reviews for the newer models plus could'nt really go past the price as it was a great offer on this printer.

Hi being new to internet shopping I found my experience with laser-printers to be easy and straight forward will be recommending them to others and buying from them again.

My current Epson printer was not working correctly and I wanted a replacement which used the same cartridges. I was able to locate one easily on the Colour Laser Printers website and the purchase process was easy.

Although I was disappointed to find the stock indicator inaccurate. The company did source the printer I was after and delivered ahead of schedule.

Recieved helpful advice from a member of staff, therefore resulting in me finding and buying a product that other stores failed to stock. Cheap prices would definately order from here again.

I chose an SX series printer from this company because on their website indicated that it was in stock and could be delivered free delivery next day. I received a phone call from a company rep telling me that they were not stocked any longer but offered an alternative which was more expensive to buy and to use. I wasn't happy about this but needed a printer asap so agreed to have the printer which was offered. The printer did not arrive as promised and after two days I phoned the company to cancel the order. I was told that I could not cancel the order unless the printer was faulty. As the printer had not been delivered anyway I found this to be a ludicrous statement. On Thursday 29th November I phoned my credit card company to stop payment but found that not only had payment been taken from my account but also delivery charge which was supposed to be free.
All this before I had even got the machine. Eventually after a marathon of phonecalls, the rep told me that the printer would be delivered on Friday 30th Nov. between 9am and 5pm. and that I should refuse to accept it and my money would be refunded. In fact TNT delivered it at 6.30pm and I duly refused to accept it. Today 3rd Dec I received an invoice marked paid off Status IT for £91.80 for a printer that I have not got. I phoned the company again and was told that a refund had been sent the morning but would be a few days getting back into my account. It did not take a few days to take money from my account, so to say that I am unhappy is a gross understatement. Incidentally the rep I spoke to claimed that the delay in supplying my printer was because he was extremely busy dealing with companies who ordered a number of printers and had to prioritise, obviously inferring that I was of low priority. I went out yesterday and bought the printer I originally wanted from Sainsbury's in about 3 minutes without having to deal with prioritising salesmen. I think the service from this company is attrocious and their business practise leaves a lot to be desired. R Bennett

You get the expected email to confirm your order has been placed, but there are no further emails to say the item has been shipped. I called them to check delivery and they answered the phone promptly and dealt with my enquiry in reasonable time.
Ordered Monday afternoon arrived Wednesday.
I did find the printer cheaper on Amazon but it looked like it was going to be shipped from Germany (delivery 3 - 18 days!). Colour-laser-printers was showing in stock and as I needed it quick I decided to go with them. They do offer to price match but couldn't match the price on Amazon. I paid a bit more to receive my printer quickly and I have no regrets.

I would not hesitate to recommend them & will definitely use them again for my printing needs

After a long web trawl I found the best price on the Lexmark Impact 305 printer at Printer Experts.This printer is superb and will be the 3rd one I have had having worn out the previous 2.Printer Experts have a lot of good reviews and I am sure I have chosen wisely,can't wait for the printer to be delivered.

After choosing my printer I received a call asking how I had determined which printer to purchase and what factors were important to me, They didn't question my judgement but just made sure that I had been through a review process regarding which was the best printer for my usage therefore saving me from making any expensive mistakes.
