We build house with Mcdonald Jones Homes and sub contractor in tile is colourtile . The workmanship is very bad. Uneven and drainage is higher than floor level etc. Their replied that they are not getting enough fund from builder

All wet areas are done by colour tile. No proper slop and uneven surfaces . After shower all water goes to opposite direction of drainage. May be tilers need more training. Tiler told we are under Newcastle area not sure. Mcdonald jones homes Newcastle told me they are from Sydney .any way please improve

I got some free tile samples to see which would suit your new bathroom. The samples arrived promptly and were only $15 for 4. They really helped me visualize the decor.

Samples arrived quickly, well wrapped and nicely presented. They are a good size and will help me choose my tiles unfortunately I don’t think it will be any of these. So great I could get samples to make sure.

Order # 243026 on 12.04.22 Paid at Port Macquarie office for 4 cartons 300 x 600 x 9mm of Kempsey Grey ZKE2055A (p2) Code AG2463 tiles. All staff involved were very friendly and helpful. I am aware of staff shortages in our current environment. I phoned on 02.05.22 to ensure my order was in and if ready to pick up as I wasn't notified. Yes it was, so upon driving from Harrington to Port Macquarie (69kms one way ) on Thursday 5 May, I was advised by a lovely young girl that there was only 3 boxes (not 4 like I ordered). It was disappointing to say the least especially with the price of petrol now. She took my phone number and advised me she would ring up the Company to find out where my other carton was and to ensure the carton had the same dialot Number as the other's and get back to me. Hopefully I will hear something back soon.
Considering the situation and inconvenience caused to me, it would be nice if Colortile could deliver all 4 cartons of tiles at my home address once the situation is addressed. If it wasn't for the inconvenience I would have given 5 stars.

I purchased terrazzo floor tiles and subway tiles for two bathroom renovations on recommendation from my plumber and having first requested samples which arrived promptly and were extremely useful.

All the tiles purchased were good quality at a reasonable cost and look exactly as expected.

Would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.
