Excellent very helpful fast efficient service

The team at Coloplast have been so supportive and caring as I've learnt to manage Peristeen Plus. They offer so many hints and tips and really understand any questions you may throw at them. You can talk to them openly on a very sensitive subject. Just wish to give praise where praise is due. Thankyou

I spoke with Teagan who was very helpful as are all the customer service staff I have used over-the-three years ive had my stoma.

Shortly before a holiday my prescription was held up for a number of reasons unconnected with Coloplast. I emailed Coloplast the same the day it was sent to them asking that they dispatch it in good time. It arrived the next day!!!

Over several years It feels like staff all go the second mile as routine and then some more. Their responses are always amazingly quick and any problems are dealt with by showing insight, understanding and compassion. Telephone calls and emails to them have always put me at ease from the outset, with no hint of embarrassment and staff are very well informed. They give by far the best customer service of any organisation I deal with. If all the rest were as good as you it would be a wonderful world! It is almost worth having a minor disability.

I will have a good holiday now too.

I just want to tell that I changed from a different company when I first got my stoma. Because coloplast charter have everything I need for my stoma. They also got me the black alginate bags that my skin needs as I am so very sensitive and my skin breaks open alot they are so very helpful and always ring or text you to remind you to order. All the staff I have spoken to are so courteous and understanding, and helpful. Delivery service is great to. Keep it up coloplast

Charter provide an absolutely brilliant service - the customer always comes first for them. They're extremely empathetic and always do their utmost to ensure the customer's every need is met perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough!

My first order with Colorplast.
After running very low on product and my prescription taking too long to get to Colorplast, I was beginning to panic. (Doctors surgery at fault) After sorting the surgery out re prescription.
Colorplast got my order to me the very next morning. Which I cannot thank them enough. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and helpful.
I'm very impressed with their efficient service.

These people are so efficient and the process really easy. It’s very reassuring when things have changed in one’s life and you’re on new ground trying to find your way and adjust to life’s changes. I feel really supported with them and recommend them.

Coloplast customer service is excellent. they are so helpful and reliable. They even dispatched my medication before receiving the prescription from my doctor because I was running out. I would definitely recommend them.

My issue was fixed immediately by Tom via live chat. He was helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Thanks for the friendly advice and putting me at ease straight away.

Very helpful. Needed bags quick as my docs were not sending my prescription and they helped me without the prescription and got me next day delivery. Great help, great service

We were given some stoma bags by our hospital and told we'd have to buy any in future as they were being used for a gallbladder drain and that was 'not their intended purpose'.
We bought some from Amazon and they leaked - nasty!
I saw a product code on the hospital ones and contacted Coloplast.
They responded with advice saying we didn't need to buy them as they would be available on prescription and sent samples.
Perfect. I'm so glad I contacted them. Their representative has made our lives so much better.

Great customer service, always on time, never have any issues with this company.

The Coloplast team are very helpful often going the extra mile to help. I really can’t fault the customer service team and the clinical team have been very helpful too. The only thing that lets them down is their delivery partner who too often dump the parcel on a doorstep (sometimes mine, sometimes not) even though they have instruction not to leave like that as disability means I can’t pick the parcel up from the floor.

Had to contact coloplast,twice since getting stoma bags,adhesive remover,wet and dry wipes etc.....
Due to communication issues with my GP surgery,they pushed my order through as I was nearly out of supplies,very efficient,friendly staff,well done all

Today I was not able to use the website to place my order but that was not a problem. The online chat is great and quick. Katherine placed the order for me in few minutes. Great customer service overall.
