Gorgeous soaps
Not being a fan of liquid soaps, Cologne and Cotton have a great range of bar soaps with lovely fragrances that provide a touch of luxury. Their store in Marylebone is well worth visiting.

Super fast efficient service
Super fast efficient service. Product is exactly as I wanted. My previous travel pillow from the same company lasted my 20+ years and went all round the world with me before giving up the ghost. Here's hoping for some great adventures with this one.

Staff can be rude
I've been shopping with this company for many years, in both the Marylebone and Kensington branches. They sell gorgeous, luxurious toiletries and linens and everything I've bought from them has been top quality. However, the attitude of some of their staff is unpleasant. I do get the impression that I am not from the demographic they expect to see in their shops. I asked the person who served me to repeat what she'd said because I am deaf and need to lipread and she clearly thought this was unreasonable. If I'm honest, I think it's the height of bad manners not to face the person you're speaking to in any case. I commented that was I was buying is hard to find and she shrugged. Am not likely to shop there again.
