Very professional, always helpful, great holidays

We enjoyed every aspect of this holiday. Wonderful walks great variety and having the free bus pass made life easy, also the z.pass was worth buying as cable cars were then free plus a bonus boat trip. The hotel was very good, great food and very helpful waiting staff. Ben & Connie Colletts reps were excellent lots of good advice and tips. Weather was hot and sunny apart from last day when it rained. Altogether a brilliant trip

The holiday was fantastic.
It was a great overview of Corsica, starting off in the mountains with walks in the gorge and finishing with the coast.
Even the taxis were a great way of seeing the island , 2 hours taxi from Porto to Calvi partly along the coast road was really spectacular.
It was the first time that I had been back in 30 years and it brought back so many memories. The mountain villages haven’t changed and still have that rustic feel. Fantastic local food and wine .
We will definitely go back to explore more of the island.

Colletts staff were welcoming and approachable. Walk pack ups were very informative and the 'Ride with GPS' App was excellent. The walking routes were fantastic. Lovely hotel, the food was first class and the staff were friendly. A bit disappointed that the hotel charged €2.50 for tap water at dinner. Try and get a room at the quieter rear of the hotel, we were at the front and awoken at 6.30 each morning by the street cleaning water generator right outside the hotel. Also be aware that the adjacent church's bells are very loud and ring out 60 times at 7am! Don't expect a lye in!😀

Superb service from Collets from start to finish. Excellent hotel (Sporthotel Panorama) with amazing food at dinner each night. Great range of walks and detailed route maps and advice from the Collets rep. that made our holiday a complete joy. Highly recommended!

The hotel was excellent - very clean, really good food, ideal location for getting around on local buses. Hotel staff all friendly, Collets guides friendly and helpful too (thanks!). Info provided was very useful. Rail transfer from Munich airport - we made the train to Ehrwald but only just after a dash across the cereal train station. It def needs at least 15 min there.

Excellent guides who knew the area so well. And we’re so committed to us having the best holiday. Spent so much time talking through walks and understanding what she client wanted. And they were lovely and funny too!!

The quality and extent of service is outstanding. Accommodation choices are always excellent, all details have been thought through, and the response to any queries is immediate and helpful. You definitely feel safe in their hands.

Our experience was in Ehrwald. Location great, trails good and varied, guides helpful and reliable, Information good, hotel excellent but food poor, hence not 5 stars

Everything was first class from start to finish. The pre holiday info pack was really useful, downloading the GPS app before helped too.
Once there the walk pack and info given by Karo was so useful. We followed her suggestions and they were spot on. The app and walk notes combined made the walks easy to follow.
We would recommend CMH to anyone.

Fabulous communication and great descriptions and directions of walks. Fabulous hotel and staff with a fantastic menu and perfect location. Would have liked tea and coffee making in the room but could order on room service.

Just the most wonderful experience. The service and thought that went into the holiday was second to none.
The trip was a really memorable and Colletts made this happen

This is our 7th Colletts holiday. Standard remains high. Superb hotel, staff, food, location and of course Taea and Autmn (Colletts staff) were fantastic. Great variety of walks to choose from enthusiastically described by Taea and Autumn at Office Hour each evening. We are now in our late 70’s so getting it right for us was important and Autumn was brilliant choosing the right ones for us including one slightly more challenging which was perfect! Alpine flora to die for, it was really a little slice of heaven 💕 and we had a traditional map too!!
