Problem not fixed
I’ve visited J32 again since my last review and unfortunately it seems the temperature issues haven’t been resolved. This time the shop was cold, which made it uncomfortable to spend much time inside. It also appeared uncomfortable for staff, with some wearing scarves to keep warm.
I understand these things can take time, but the temperature problems do seem ongoing and they do affect the overall experience. Hopefully this can be properly addressed soon, as everything else about the store is great.
