For COKU to call their products luxury items is just laughable.
It's very much High Street fashion's playbook — create fancy pictures that are photoshopped like there is no day after, produce in the same factories abroad as other furniture makers for cheap labour, but yet they manage to create the illusion that you're getting an exclusive item. I fell for it and paid for an item that was on back order, which backfired massively. They took my money on the 14th July for a Jacob TV Stand, to be delivered end of July which was delayed by a whole week and arrived on the 7th of August.
Upon arrival the difference of it in live compared to their website was like day and night. Wood being a natural product, I am well aware that it varies in colour and texture, but this was just dead looking - so matt with not one single reflection, when it looked really shiny and lush on the website. Coku acknowledged the vast difference and offered me a 10% discount for the fact that I waited weeks for a product that was nothing like expected. I chose Arlo as a replacement, which didn't have the dimensions I wanted but all other models on their website being quite ugly I went with it as I was planning for a holiday the week after renting out my place. 2nd delivery arrives and the doors are totally misaligned, sticking out top and bottom, which I could have re-aligned via the hinges but I suspect that them sticking out was the reason why the door edges had scratches with paint come off. Best thing however was that I couldn't attach one of the legs because the screw holes had the wrong distance from each other — a product Coku calls a Luxury item, lol.
I emailed Coku again in disappointment that this wasn't usable, and saw on their website that Milo, which I had asked for before ordering Arlo, was actually available when I was told it isn't. At this point any other company would try their utmost to rectify the issue but a lady in their team just replied that they prefer concluding this by giving me a full refund, apologising for all that happened with no interest in sending me another unit. So I ordered another cabinet from Tikamoon that evening before leaving for my holiday, and asked my flatmate to let the courier in when it arrived (which will probably also earn me a bad Airbnb review).
Interestingly, I then had two other gentlemen from Coku get in touch the next day offering me a phone call to rectify what had happened, but by then the Tikamoon was already ordered and I was on my way abroad. To top things off, one of the staff members then asked me to hold off a bad review.
Long story short, don't get fooled by their nice looking pictures. These products are produced in India, and they even mention in their email how they share the same factory as other companies you find online. There are very good factories in India, nothing against that, but Coku is obviously using a lower tier one, given products look so vastly different, have damages, or, like in my case, not even the right screw holes! They had my money from 14th July till 27th August — one and a half months — during which I had to chase the product, stay home twice waiting for a courier who was always late, unpack, take pictures, email, repack, chase, and they still didn't even bother getting it right through a 3rd attempt.
Biggest WASTE of time!

I'd been wanting a new dining table for a while, really wanted a mango wood finish. As you can't see it before you buy, its always a risk. However I'd spoken on the chat function to coku rep and promptly ordered. Was able to pick delivery date. Item arrived really well packaged, the delivery guys handled it with care. It was extremely heavy. Easy to attach the legs, hardest bit was disposing of all the packaging as was a lot of it (which is a good thing). Love the table, its such a beautiful piece of furniture.

I ordered 6 x Bella Dining chairs in Olive Green while on sale Bank Holiday Monday. Delivery was booked for the following Thursday. I was kept up to date with the delivery time window, and my request for the courier to unpack and remove packaging was honoured by efficient and professional delivery men.
Stellar service from the COKU customer service team, Kate and Louisa, very quick to reply to my emails and genuinely attentive.
Seamless service which is rare these days and the dining chairs are just as pictured on the website and the velvet is high quality. Will be purchasing from COKU again in the future. Perfect transaction.

Excellent service, very quick delivery and beautiful product

I still haven't received the items that I've ordered and it's coming up to 2 weeks. I ordered on the basis that delivery would be 1-3 days as noted on your site.

On top of all this, there has been minimum communication, just a short email to say it could not be delivered so I have no idea what's going on or how long the delay would be. I emailed Coku who said they would investigate with the courier, this was on 1st September and I haven't heard back yet.

The whole buying process was seamless from start to finish—every stage from placing the order to delivery was perfectly clear. The item was packaged really securely, protecting the furniture without any unnecessary over-packaging.

The product looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The only slight drawback is that the wood finish could be a bit smoother. Overall, though, I’m really happy with the purchase!"

I was a bit nervous about ordering a piece of furniture totally unseen and not from a retailer I'd heard of before, but honestly I'm super pleased with the Madison unit, it's exactly what I wanted and great quality with the additional bonus of only having to assemble the feet!

Fantastic piece of furniture. Well made and solid. Fits really well in my space. I love the designs of this future company. The fixing of the feet was super easy and sturdy too. The updates of when my piece was back in stock was on point as was the delivery. Highly recommended

Beautiful piece of furniture that was delivered by polite staff, in perfect condition and carefully packaged.

Return charge:

The 2 side tables I ordered were delivered efficiently and beautiful. However the marble tops were very top heavy for the column bases making them extremely wobbly and unfit for purpose. The company are charging me £25 for their return even though I consider this a faulty item.

We ordered a dining table on 13th July with an express 1-3 day delivery. Its now the 25th July and I have still not received it. Ive had zero comms, Ive messaged through the website as guided to 5 times and have had one response from someone telling me they'd look into my query. That was 3 days ago and I have still not head anything, not an email or anything explaining the delay since 13th.
Thankfully I paid using my credit card and have started a section 75 request to get my money back.

Delivery service was seamless, they took care transporting the product and I was very happy with my furniture when it arrived. I'm on the look out for new pieces as they come into the shop as they are extremely well made.
