Ottima compagnia telefonica ho appena acquistato una SIM ricaricabile con il piano tutto incluso con internet 5G a 13,99€. La connessione và in 5G alla velocità di 300 Mbps meglio di una fibra misto rame, io la uso con modem Frizbox per casa e va benissimo.La consiglio.

I think the support is mainly working on Chinese hours, so not very helpful when you have an issue.

There is a very strange transfer message when you try to make a call to your No ("Call being transfered" !!!!), i m very suspicious about the safety.

we are just back from our 3 weeks trip in China, started on 30th September 2023.
On September 13 th, after a chat with the customer service, I decided to try the 12 months package plan with 200min and 12GB internet.
Since day one I noticed the sim was linking to CM LINk network with full signal for calls, but no 4-5G internet signal.
I tried to switch off on the phone, roaming off/on, several time, nothing.
I have sent several time text message to 10086 by texting CHECK. the messages were promptly returned with the outstanding balance.
Still , no internet.
I contacted customer services in different days , informing of the issues. Everytime I was told to wait their feedback within 48hrs (never received a call).
Also, everyday, I was receiving calls from uknown UK numbers. Everytime an auto message in chinese (a chinese friend confirmed saying your number is working abnormally).

This ended up with having no way to use internet, not even for local A-MAP app (chinese one).
At this point I suggest everyone needing internet for China to buy directly in the airport in China. For Chendgu there is no sim sold in the Airport so, better buy an ESIM, like NOMADS (This need to be activated before entering in CHINA though, so it couldn't be an option for us)
We survived with hotel wifii, TRIP.COM, bing.com and AMAP screenshots, to show location to taxi drivers etc..

Che dire! Scheda arrivata tramite spedizione tracciabile con Bartolini in pochissimi giorni. La rete è OK, internet va bene. Pare non supporti ancora VoLTE, infatti se connesso in 4G e arriva telefonata, il telefono mi va in 3G. Per il resto OK

Ero titubante ma posso dire che sono servizio clienti cordiali, precisi rapidi da 5 stelle.

I have ordered cmlink Sim Only Plan anonymously months ago, for international business. I immediately bombarded by scam calls and fraudsters dozens time a day as soon as the sim has activated. Most of calls didn't even voice fraudsters themselves but auto message claimed they are carriers like DHL, royal mail or authority like Chinese Embassy, which I am not even Chinese national. I've overheard most users of cmlink are Chinese students, and many of them have fell in scammers traps and lost their fortune. I wonder is there any regulation to rule out how telecom company like cmlink to handle privacy or cmlink is sharing data intentionally with those scammers whose target are oversea Chinese. I would give zero star if possible. Avoid this company at all cost and don't get blinded by low fee tariffs and lucrative perks its offered, if you don't want to lose your fortune :)

Seemed like a cheapish way of getting onto EE with a good amount of data, but.
Getting quite a few robot calls, and bearing in mind I’ve just had one in Chinese language, I’m suspecting my details are being passed on by China Mobile.
Heading for the out door on this one.

Comparing with other carriers, CMLink offers less data plan, same unlimited call and message, but a lot more international calling time, especially for Chinese users who need call directly to their family and company.
CMLlink uses EE network, no signal issue in my city.

I have just ordered a UK sim to use in China Hong Kong & have called the customer service to chase up my order. I am quite satisfied with how my call was dealt with & would like to assure new UK customers to be patient & to talk slower to be understood when talking to customer services as English is not their 1st language.

Website does not function correcty which lead to implications. I tried to solve the issue via email + phone but the customer service is as good as non existant. Please stay away from this company. Do not be a cheapo like me and use a proper mobile provider.
