CMC, I would highly recommend as when we first walked in,we were met with friendly faces and no pressure to walk around and look. Occasionally someone would ask if we were okay. When we did see a bike we were interested in, they were really helpful and again no pressure to sell and left us to make up our own mind, but helped if we needed. So the overall experience was excellent and would definitely purchase again from them

Great range of new and used bikes as well as clothing and equipment. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially Jordan and Adam, that's before you get to the lifetime warranty with most of their used bikes! Can't recommend enough. Servicing department are awesome too, (after picking up a nail 2 weeks after picking my new bike up, doh!)

Drove up to cannock to view a motorbike two hours and 30min drive after being told the bike was in amazing condition, I arrived to see it had been sprayed with really bad rust underneath the paint. There attitude was " you don't have to buy it" I said you lied when I asked you was there rust and they said it is what it is mate. Went to fraiser of Gloucester in the end, brilliant customer service, 300 off a new bike and a free pair of gloves costing £85 chucked in.

On a recent road riding holiday I noticed a nail in my rear tyre it hadn't actually pierced the inside of of the tyre so I continued my journey hesitantly with about three hundred miles to go and alot of motorway miles to do I thought I should get said tyre sorted so I pulled over into a local tyre specialist. Very helpful people couldn't help but told us of a large motorcycle dealer up the road who would be able to sort it for us.we pulled up to CMC motorcycles thinking thank goodness we can continue our journey with no worries. HOW wrong we were. I walked into reception explained to the nice lady what the problem was and she said I will have a word with the service manager. She returned to explain to us that they were to busy to take on any more work that day.
The service manager!!! who didn't even bother to come out and greet us or explain his gargantuan workload. Obviously needs some customer relation schooling.in My 40+ years of biking we have always stuck together and help each other out in times of need. So I certainly won't be having anything to do with CMC motorcycles.

Second purchase from CMC CANNOCK with the first perfect in every way. This time the bike was not prepared to the same standard. Check sheet completed but with a nine year old front tyre (on a superbike) clutch fluid reservoir below minimum, just over half a tank of fuel when upright instead of full, one of three stainless bolts missing from chain guard and another loose. I missed the bolts until home but I did raise the fuel and clutch fluid issues (after a 20 minute test ride) to be told it was full when I went out and asked to book it in to have the clutch fluid topped up. I pointed out it looked two thirds full on side stand initially and I would only take the bike if it was done there and then as I did not want to immediately come back. The bike was then fueled and clutch fluid topped but had to accept the tyre to acquire the bike. Anyway if you are purchasing from CMC CANNOCK make sure you still thoroughly check your new machine yourself or somewhere else by a qualified mechanic and remember a tyre degrades overtime with an advised maximum life of 10 years for any bike (check the 4 digit week and year date code on the tyre wall) even if the tread is not worn down. I was also informed the bikes are prepared with only the next 1000 miles considered and to return every 6000 miles or annually to validate the lifetime warranty. Great bike, fair price, helpful salesman, but deal soured by the above. Would buy again but be more careful and inspect 100% before my test ride and then inspect again upon the purchase/collection day.

Amazing staff very helpful and patient.. we went in there this morning to get an idea on what type of helmet etc my partner would need as he is doing his CBT course.

The gentleman that served us had a vast amount of knowledge and experience he completely put us at ease and was happy to help

My partner ended up buying a helmet and the speaker kit .. the gentleman fitted the device for us ( even though it’s a Saturday and was very busy )

Can’t rave about this store at coleshill enough .. we will definitely be going there again and again

Poor service, no call back, disappointed. Seems that because they are selling lots of bikes they don’t have to worry about customer service. Oh well.

This is now my third bike from CMC ....Perfect ...Bruce was excellent ....bike delivered ..well done lads!!!!

There service plan is aload of rubbish
I've just finished my 4 yr plan and honestly the worst experience I've ever had .

I've had things fall off on the way home after a service this happend twice. the response I got was well we cant check every nut and bolt ..... . I'm sorry but if you take things off you put it back on .
Im sure the oil has only been changed once in 4 years . the chain oil they use is rubbish I told them after the first service not to use there stuff I'll use my own.

My xt660z enduro bike kept cutting out or wouldn't start when it rained all day .life time warranty I sent it back 2 weeks they had it .....I got it back still the same.

They changed a throttle sensor i was told as they couldnt find anything wrong .
I googled it and it's a common fault the ht lead lets water in. Hence it got damp and wouldn't start.
Abit of vasloline problem solved in minutes.

My lasted service tuseday was ment to only be 2 hrs dropped the bike off at 9am had a phone call to pick the bike up at 3.30pm I live a hr away and they shut at 4.30pm. The next day had a snotty phone call when are you bringing our hire bike back. My response was well I had the day off work to bring you my bike now I'm back in work. So I'll do my best to get it to you the response was well we need our bike back.

I would never have service plan with this company or even buy a bike from them again .
Theses are a back street rip off guarge but some how have a good name for themselves.

CMC Motorcycles (BuyMyBike.co.uk) responded quickly to online enquiry to sell a 50cc scooter. I was able to provide full details and numerous photos for them to give a decent reliable price. They arrived next day, were thoroughly professional and friendly, paid the offered price immediately into my bank account and took the bike away. So very simple and saved all the hassle dealing with a private sale and inevitable time wasters.
Would definitely recommend.

Sold my motorcycle to CMC for a fair price - probably the best of all. Yes, there are some rogues out there but not CMC. First class service from Iain Wilkie. A thoroughly nice man. All documents prepared and the bank transaction was very fast. Ian also kept to his appointed time and was happy to wait until I had verified the bank transaction.

If you are intending selling your motorcycle I would suggest you contact CMC first.
