I've been losing the battle with cluster fly infestations - until I bought the kit. So far, fingers crossed, after fumigating the affected rooms and then spraying the surfaces as recommended in the clear instruction leaflet there does not appear to be a recurrence. They do recommend that prevention is better than cure so I will be carrying out this simple routine on a regular basis.

Communication has been brilliant. I ordered the products online on 19th Feb and they arrived on 20th. Received many emails to confirm the status of the order and the delivery time. Everything arrived as promised. The box not only contained the products ordered but a helpful information sheet. I have not yet used the products but am sure that they will be as good as the customer service received so far.

Does exactly what it says on the box - very effective at killing cluster flies. Seems a bit expensive but worth it I guess.

Had a cluster fly infestation which required attention. An online search recommended this site which gave me all the information I needed. The necessary products were posted out to me within hours of placing my order and these have done the trick. Should any of the little blighters escaped and emerge in the Spring, there is enough to give them a second dose. Highly recommended.

Excellent products that work and also at a very competitive price. Ordering was easy and delivery on time. We have had a big outbreak of cluster flies at our home in France, We tried the French equivalent smoke bomb which worked but was twice the price! Most impressed with the UK product as this has solved the problem. Worth every penny!
