Ordered product, paid for product, and received an email to ay the product was despatched! Then when i didnt receive the product i queried the company and was told "Sagepay" stopped the order. This was days later when i asked where my product was. Not given any other information. Very poor customer service and communication.
Order number attached as requested. And i received an email from Mr S****n, General Manager.

Very happy with service from Clusterflies- Ordered 3 Rentokil Fly Killer Cassettes which came within 2 days, well packed. (The carrier failed to leave the package with a neighbour so we had to go to Royal Mail sorting office)
Have used this product successfully before in attic when we had a lot of clusterflies in the early Spring and hope it will deal with any flies from entering roof space again this autumn, before they attract their mates! If not, we shall return for the "fogger"!

On the Sunday we found 100s of clusterflies in our uvpc patio door frame including the hinge covers also loads more in the garage.
We ordered 5ltrs of spray and 2 smoke bombs from clusterflies.co.uk I ordered online they were delivered Tuesday morning
We used the smoke bombs in the garage and sprayed the liquid all around the door, the and window frames, around the roof facias edges of the tiles and gutter's. After a few seconds I realised we had a lot more flies than we thought
we had.
After a week there are still files about BUT they don't come anywhere near our house
