Use a different provider
Took out an insurance policy and was not provided with all the documentation. When I questioned Kingfisher insurance they were very unhelpful. I was very disappointed with the service I have received.

Paid for the policy
Paid for the policy, twice asked for the written documents....still no joy 8 months on. If they cant be trusted for this simple task...glad Iam not making a claim.

Beware this company after a claim
I used Club Care for 2 years and had excellent service in particular when dealing with a claim for damage to my caravan. However, once the claim was settled my premium almost trebled and I received no help when contacting them. The answer from the adviser was that the quoted premium was not negotiable. I accept that following a claim the premium will rise but to almost treble is unjustified. When I reviewed my premiums for the time that I had been with Club Care and added on the latest premium I had covered the cost of the claim. It appears that after you have made a claim they wish to recoup all the money from you! This is not my understanding of how an insurance company should operate.

Surprisingly poor service
We are longstanding members of the Camping and Caravan Club and have always used Club Care for our insurance however I shall be switching at next renewal. The Club are currently using 'Kingfisher' who provide appalling service (with due allowance for Covid). Tried to renew on line. Not possible despite checking all details carefully. Tried to renew by phone. Took two calls with hold time of +20 min each. Finally got through, renewed and at end mentioned difficulties to operator in a pleasant manner with request that she pass upward. Was advised that 'we are always busy on Mondays- you might like to bear that in mind in future'. Sorry, but in that case you need to employ more staff on Mondays not put the blame on the paying customer. Now an ex-Club Care customer.

Refund for cancelled policy still not paid
Despite cancelling my caravan insurance and repeated promises from their staff to refund my premium, there is still no sign of my refund three weeks after cancellation. If it is this difficult trying to get a refund for a cancelled policy where the amount is not in dispute, I dread to think what it would be like to settle a claim
