Worst service ever
This company provided one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. They failed to respond to my enquiries, ignored my refund requests despite their apparent legal obligation to address them, and offered no meaningful assistance when problems arose.
I find it difficult to understand how they continue to operate. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to use their services
I hate the cloud. It steals my photos and let's me access it ONLY if I'm online. But I prefer not to have any data, so I can't access my photos unless I pay out another $50/month for an unlimited data plan.
I wish I could get the stupid thing off my phone, I think its a stupid idea. I back my own images up on my pc
Signed up with them as an alternative to Telitec who were great until they were sold. We pay for 1000 fibre and are getting tested speeds of 70. Endless excuses and no solutions. The bottom line is they are rubbish, I wouldn't recommend them, try elsewhere.
No internet Friday pm,no response,no engineer response, office closed all weekend,no helpline,no television and all my other work via internet I've had to abandon! Useless and will cancel ✖️ next week
Das Internetkabel zu unserem Haus wurde von einem LKW abgerissen. Wir sind seit 9 Tagen ohne Internet. Trotz mehrfachen Nachfragen wurde der Schaden immer noch nicht behoben. Das geht gar nicht....ich benötige das Internet beruflich! Cloud fibre verweist immer an die Zentrale in Alicante....die nichts machen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

The quality of internet is good but the helpdesk is terrible. The never respond on text-messages on e-mails. Only when they try to get you as a client they are quick, after that you are not of interest anymore it seems.
The tv system provided is not good. This weekend has been particularly bad. Missed the end of several programmes. Also if you need help with anything you cannot ever speak to a technician. You only get to speak with a girl in the office who makes a note of your problem. Speaking to someone who understands the system is important. Never had this problem with our previous supplier. Only had to move to Cloud Fibre as they were the only company supplying fibre where we live.
Since recently I have drops. But they cannot seem to fix it. The main problem is the lack of communication and the we are unreachable policy outside office hours and holidays.
Excellent installation service, the connection so far so good. Low outage and normally good speed.
The reason why not 5 stars is if you have a problem outside office hours, you can't reach anyone.
