My 7 year old son decided to buy Skylanders Spyros starter set with his birthday money. We researched the best price and found Click for Games to be very competitive; although it was their promise to ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order that appealed to us most. We placed the order and were surprised to hear nothing for 2 days, I was expecting at least a 'your order has shipped' notification but instead we heard nothing. I called Click for Games who told me that my order had shipped and should be with us 'in a few days'. The following day I received an e-mail from Click for Games telling me that their supplier had shipped the wrong item and they were going to have to recall the shipment, they said they would send the correct item as soon as possible and would throw in a complimentary Skylanders figure as an apology - that was Thursday - it is now Sunday and we've still not received our goods - a full one week on from placing the order. I have one very disappointed little boy who was hoping to play with his new toy over the half term break =((

I am a bit disappointed with this seller. By mistake my order came up twice and I wrote to them to cancel the second one because I just wanted one item but they open an unpaid item case against me and did not even answered to my request.

I'm new to click for games as i was impressed as to how quick i got my games in the post. I would encourage them to stock a larger variety of games as they didn't have all the games i required. Hoping their offering increases more and more and i wish them the best.

Very unreliable service, ordered on a tuesday still hasn't arrived following tuesday despite the '1st class standard delivery'. Had to email to check if product had even been dispatched. Product is meant to be dispatched same day if ordered before 4pm, my product was dispatched 3 days after order. Good pricing, but wouldn't use service again as delivery takes ridiculous amount of time.

Nice site with plenty of selection. I must say that I only stumbled across this site whilst searching for a wireless PS3 headset on google. They offered a good price with FREE delivery to Northern Ireland (which is always a big plus for me). Some of the other so-called big online retailers insist on charging ridiculous delivery charges to NI (step forward eBuyer!!!) and blaming their courier...
Anyway, great product, great price, fast delivery. One very happy customer.
