Ordered on a Friday morning before 12pm and paid extra for next day delivery and didn't receive goods until Monday afternoon. Disappointed as I wanted the goods for Saturday, surprised that dpd don't deliver at weekend

Really pleased with this little radiator. Heats our Summer house a treat! Handy wheels for moving position, which were easy to attach. Variable heat settings very useful. Was delivered 3 days before estimated date. Definitely recommend product and company from my experience.

This is the first time I have used Cleverboxes and I have to say that I am really impressed.
I had a problem with my original product and after contacting customer services a replacement was shipped straight away and a returns label emailed. The whole process was really fast and there were email alerts at every stage. Plus DPD are the courier used and they too give excellent customer service.

Items were delivered on time and in good condition. I have now ordered additional items as they have shown themselves to be reliable. I did pay more for the items as they were marginally cheaper on other websites but felt the small increase was worth it to ensure the good service.

Ordered a drainer - website indicted that stock was available. 2 days later I received an email indicating that my order could not be fulfilled as there was no stock availability.

Great, good price and rapid delivery

I was pleased with my purchase but the carrier had left the parcel while I was out and it was soaking wet when I arrived home. It could have been put undercover in one of the greenhouses.

Good communications from the company, problem supplying one of the items ordered online, they got in contact and offered a more expensive one for the same price. Now that's good customer service.

The item was as described and sent quickly. My only reservation was the fact that the polybag had been speared by something in transit and the hole went through to the box inside. Luckily no damage, but not good.

Found an excellent product cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered it and it arrived the next day. Delighted!

We recently bought "Martina Two Tier Coffee Table - Sonoma" from Cleverboxes. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately the two main parts of the table were damaged badly at one of the angles. We contacted their support which assured us it was probably due to the transport and offered us to send replacement parts. And sure, soon after that we received the replacement.

We are happy that the customer support acted swiftly and didn't required from us to send back the damaged table. Handling the situation like that makes us confident that Cleverboxes are reliable.
