Recently used Clever Mortgages for a new mortgage. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Abby, Beth & Simone were amazing! There was no waiting around for a call back or a response to any of my emails. The staff communicated very well and really go out their way to manage the mortgage offer process. At one point my sale was going to fall through, Beth and Abby stepped in and ensured that my sale progressed right through to completion. Definitely be using Clever Mortgages when my fixed term ends. Thank you!

Brilliant Service, Brilliant Products, Brilliant Advice.
Alison and the team at Clever Mortgages were very helpful in sorting our mortgage associated with a house move.
We couldn't have had better service or support throughout the journey.

Great Customer Service from the team at…
Great customer service from the team at Clever, nothing was too much trouble, kept me updated and always on hand if I had a query. My mortgage and Protection Advisor, Sarah Tinkler is an absolute star and credit to the company and was amazing throughout, thank you!!

So nervous about applying for a…
So nervous about applying for a mortgage with a far from perfect credit score, but any embarrassment I may of felt was soon banished after speaking to Alison and her team. Such a professional and thorough outfit. After all fees were paid they still had the care to keep working on my behalf chasing other parties and keeping me in the loop, so refreshing. Not sure this does them justice, but thank you so much for everything and look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Very very Comms could be better
Very very good communications could have been better I recall in early stages having to chase to see what was happening.I would use again though as first time were brilliant

Contacted Sarah from clever mortgages as my friend recommended her. The first time we spoke I knew I had started a special process, Sarah was absolutely fab from start to finish, nothing was any trouble and would often speak late evenings and weekends. Would highly recommend her and the company to anyone who is looking to get a mortgage. Simply the best!

Alison the best mortage broker
Alison my mortage broker go below and above to get me a great deal and key to our first home. She was always happy to answer all my questions and I did had a lot of them. I will be forever grateful for all the work what she did for me! I do recommend clever mortage to anyone. My situation was complicated and other broker said they can't help me. But not Alison, she did everything what she promised and in result I got a key! Thank you so much 💓

Brilliant service
April made the first contact with Clever Mortgages very easy and friendly. She explained every step of the mortgage process which made something daunting to be something more easy to understand.
Regular updates on how things were progressing between the solicitor and and seller. Would definitely recommend.
