Excellent communication
From the first face to face meeting with James and Billy the communication has been faultless. From the ease of start up with Billy to the plan of action with James. The process was seamless. The IPO's have been very successful and play a big role in our investment strategy.

Beware, very beware!
Beware, very beware! Mode of contact is cold calling. I would be extremely suspicious of this company and would be inclined to believe the 1 star reviews over the apparently good reviews.

Fantastic growth of wealth
My portfolio has done very well over the last 18 months thanks to the opportunities presented by these guys.

Good broker for SIPPs
I moved my portfolio across to Clear Capital from my previous provider as I needed some assistance with risk managements. Ever since joining I have noticed a significant improvement in the performance of my investments. My broker helps me to understand how market moves effect my holdings and I am currently in the process of migrating my SIPP across to them. I would recommend Clear Capital to anyone who wants advice on their portfolio.

Great team of brokers
Having had disasters with other firms it has been refreshing and rewarding to work with the very competent and professional team at CCM for the last few years. With a loss of 40% due to the Covid crash of Mar/Apr 2020 it has only taken a year to regain all the losses and more! To the negative people in life who want overnight profit there will be disappointment but the long term strategy of CCM is very visible in the results of my portfolio. Long may it continue. Poor performance and poor quality advice
They seem to talk a good game but in reality the quality of advice and recommendations were on the whole very poor.
They seem to offer a lot of placings in companies raising money, which in their words are fantastic prospects, but in reality most are anything but, with great commission rates for themselves.
When your investments for which you are paying good commission turn out to be very poor, they will remind you that it's your final decision, so my point is why bother using them.
I would have performed better just randomly picking stocks and not paying for their so called expertise, which seems just weighted to making as much commission as possible with no risk for them if you lose all your money.
Most of my recommendations lost money and I feel they didn't handle the investments very well, with poor diversity and placed a large amount of my account value on single poor stocks at high risk!
Take my advice and stay well Clear of Clear Capital Markets as ultimately you'll be reminded when all goes wrong that you chose to accept their advice!

We are sorry to hear you lost money investing in the stock market and feel the commissions you paid were high. All commissions are set out when you open the account and are in line with market rates.
As you correctly point out, with the advisory service the final decision is yours, it is not a managed account. Your dedicated broker would have presented you with ideas, discussed the pros and cons then ultimately you choose to invest or not.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when the value of investments goes down, unfortunately we cannot offer risk free investing.
