Clearance Paving were selling pallets of the slabs we needed at a big discount to anywhere else we could find. The delivery was organised for a few days later without issue.

Good price. Swift delivery and product is exactly what we expected.

Really hard to speak to someone on the phone so I rang their head office and they answered all my questions (thank you). Had a problem using a discount code they sent me, was unable again to get through on the phone so emailed and got a reply fairly quickly. Made my order and it arrived on time with a lovely delivery driver. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Spot on!! Really good. Ordered them before 8am on a Tuesday morning, and delivered Friday just after lunch. Easy to order, and great customer care team who I was liaising with prior to ordering. Slabs themselves are great, and at a very good price!

Awful communication, delivery never arrived and the courier service never even knew who was delivering as apparently they was using 2 services for different areas. Arrived the next day after having to take a full day off of work as they don’t provide delivery slot times.

I am the sort of person who shops around, and this worked out as by far the best deal - as they did on a previous occasion - so I placed my order. Then, when I saw extra bargains on clearance, they were great about cancelling my order and creating a new one. The slabs arrived when I expected and they look great. Will use again (again).

Clearance paving are one of the best companies I have used. From start to finish , lovely staff , advised , helped kept in touch, kept me informed at all times , I purchased end of line paving and am more than pleased with it . Delivery above and beyond , can’t praise staff or delivery any higher . Thankyou . I can recommend this company totally you couldn’t get any better than them or their products

No problem with the sales side, great value for money. But, sadly, let down by the carrier. Maybe I was just unlucky with the delivery side of things. This is where to improve customer satisfaction.

Expected delivery did not arrive, pallet broken scratching surface of slabs, some slabs have bubbles in surface of concrete finish and others have major colour variations.
